盆炎丸治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染30例临床观察

【摘要】 [目的]观察盆炎丸治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染的临床疗效。[方法]将60例女性生殖道解脲支原体感染患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例口服盆炎丸,对照组30例口服红霉素片,14天为一个疗程,两组均连续治疗2个疗程,比较两组间疗效、临床症状及阴道清洁度的改善情况。[结果]综合疗效:治疗组总有效率86.67%,对照组总有效率90.00%,两组药物具有相当疗效(P＞0.05);中医证候疗效:治疗组总有效率96.67%,对照组总有效率93.33%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组在改善临床症状方面优于对照组,对白带异常、外阴瘙瘁、腰腹疼痛、小便不适等症状及阴道清洁度具有良好的改善作用。[结论]盆炎丸是治疗女性生殖道解脲支原体感染的有效药物,在改善临床症状方面优于红霉素,具有减少阴道菌群失调的优势,且使用安全可靠,值得进一步研究和临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of Pen Yan Wan on treatment of Mycoplasma infection in genital tract.[Methods] 60 cases female patients who showed Ureapiasma Urealyticum (Uu) are stochastically divided into treatment group (that treated with Pen Yan Wan) and control group (that treated with Erythromycin). The treatment course is 14 days . The two groups are given 2 treatment courses.Compared with two groups of curative effects and the improvement situations of clinical symptoms and Vagina clear fineness.[Result] Comprehensive curative effect: The total effective rate of treatment group is 86.67 % , control group’s is 90.00 %, two groups of medicines have the similar curative effect (P > 0.05) . Curative effect of TCM symptom : The total effective rate of treatment group is 96.67 % , control group’s is 93.33 %, the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group (P < 0.05).The treatment group are better than the control group in the improvement of clinical symptom.[Conclusion] Pen Yan Wan is proved of being effective and safety on treatment of Ureaplasma Urealyticum infection.
