【摘要】 目的：观察冠脉灵方对气滞血淤型冠心病并高脂血症血脂的影响。方法：临床选取60例气滞血淤型冠心病并高脂血症患者,随机分成两组,治疗组服用冠脉灵方,每次1袋,每天2次；对照组服用血脂康片,每次2片,每天2次。两组疗程4周。观察其疗效及对血脂、血液流变学的影响。结果：两组在治疗前后TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、血液流变学等指标都有改善,且前后差异具有统计学差异。除LDL-C外,治疗组改善TC、TG、HDL-C、血液流变学的效果及临床症状优于对照组。结论：冠脉灵方对气滞血淤型冠心病并高脂血症患者的血脂有一定的调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of Guanmailing Decoction on blood lipids in patients with coronary heart disease complicated hyperlipidemia.Methods: 60 patients with coronary heart disease complicated hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into two .groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated with Guanmailing Decoction,1, packet twice a day, and the control group was treated with Xuezhikang capsule by oral taking 2 tablets two times a day. The therapeutic course for both groups was 4 weeks. The change of blood lipids and hemorrheology parameters were tested before and after treatment.Results: The levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, hemorrheology changed obviously in the treated group and the control. There were significant differences in the parameters of TC, TG HDL-C and hemorrheology between two groups.Conclusion:Guanmailing Decoction can effectively improve blood lipids metabolism and the hemorrheology parameters.更多还原
