赣江流域水量分配研究及数学模型的开发与应用

【摘要】 随着我国社会经济的稳步发展,对水资源的需求量也日益增加。然而,一方面水资源短缺日趋严重;另一方面,水资源的浪费又没有得到很好的控制。因此,我国的治水理念和政策都在进行重大的调整,逐步从工程水利向资源水利、传统水利向可持续发展水利转变。水权制度建设势在必行。赣江作为江西省第一大河流,纵贯江西南北,它的水资源管理状况及水量分配方案对整个江西省的水资源开发利用起着至关重要的作用。随着计算机技术的日益发展,数据库体系的不断完善,智能化、简易化思路的逐渐提出,为初始水量分配研究提供了好的方法和平台,而且数学模型对提高水资源利用效率和效益、实现水资源优化配置和科学管理等问题都能起到很大的推动作用。作者在调研分析赣江流域基本数据的基础上,确立水量分配原则,选定水量分配方案的参照年和方案类别,分析比较了定额预测控制法、分类权重法、AHP法(层次分析优选)等方法在赣江流域水量分配应用中的结果,得出水量分配初步方案,并对各方法研究成果进行比较和评价,通过选择Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0和Access数据库的组合开发平台,开发出了一套适用于多节点的水量分配数学模拟模型。本文首先分析了目前水资源分配的研究背景及课题研究的意义,然后介绍了赣江流域水资源状况,提出了赣江流域水量分配的基本原则,确定出参照年。然后通过分类权重法、AHP法(层次分析优选)对该流域水量进行初始分配,最后利用Visual Basic 6.0和Access数据库开发出一套水量分配数学模型。通过数学模型的计算,评价水量分配方案的合理性。本文对赣江流域水量分配数学模型的开发基本思想和组织结构进行了介绍,以及几个重要模块的功能和开发方法,最后给出了本系统的使用说明,对所做的工作进行了总结,并指出了今后研究工作的方向。

【Abstract】 Along with the steady socio-economic development, water resources is also increasing demanded. However, on the one hand, the shortage of water resources are Serious; On the other hand, the waste of water resources has not been well controlled. As a result, China’s water policy and philosophy are carrying out much adjustment, it is changing from the project to the resources and from traditional water to the sustainable development of water. Water rights system is imperative. Gan Jiang is the largest rivers in Jiangxi Province, and its water resources management and the allocation of water plays a vital role to the whole of the water resources development and utilization of Jiangxi Province. With the increasing development of computer technology and the improvement of database systems, which give a good platform and methods for the initial distribution of water research, mathematical model is helpful to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the use of water resources.The author has analyzed Gan Jiang River Basin’s basic data and established the principles of water distribution, determined the reference year of water distribution and the program categories, then the author analyzed the results of fixed predictive control method, the right to re-classification method, AHP method (Optimization AHP) And other methods in the Gan Jiang River Basin water distribution, after that, the author compared the results. By Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and Access database development platform, the author designed mathematical model of water distribution, it’s useful.This article analyzed the current distribution of water resources research and significance of the research, and then introduced the Gan Jiang Basin’s water resources, made the basic principles. The author used the weight classification method, AHP method in the initial distribution of water basins, at last the author used Visual Basic 6.0 and Access database to design a mathematical model of water distribution. Through the mathematical model’s calculation and evaluation, we can analysis that if water distribution is right or not. This article introduced the theory of design and organizational structure, as well as some important features of the module. Finally, the author told us how to use the system and gave a summary for the research and pointed out the direction for future research.
