低速走丝电火花线切割脉冲电源的研究

【摘要】 低速走丝电火花线切割脉冲电源是低速机床的重要组成部分,对机床的工艺指标有着直接的影响。论文在对现有的大量文献所记载的脉冲电源进行充分研究基础上针对低速机床的特点,设计了一个基于DSP控制的数字脉冲电源。论文首先介绍了当前国内外线切割加工(WEDM)的发展状况和趋势并了解了传统线切割加工脉冲电源的特点。然后对电火花加工的机理进行了阐述,使大家对其有一个初步的认识,对脉冲电源放电时能量进行了分析,并对影响加工工艺的电路参数进行了叙述。其次,提出了基于TMS320F2812为控制器的数字脉冲电源的硬件设计及软件实现方法,给出了硬件结构图和软件流程图。利用高速数字处理芯片强大的数据处理能力和丰富的片内外资源及高速的实时控制能力,实现了数据采样、PWM产生和控制调整、通讯等功能。该芯片的引入,大大减化了硬件结构,便于对电路进行分析研究。最后,根据实际情况设计了两个PI控制器,以实现对主电路电感电流的稳定控制和脉冲放电能量的控制,在论文中对其他控制方法叙述不多,需要对其进行深入研究,对控制策略和控制参数的调整还在实验阶段。通过仿真研究,更好的确定了主电路设计方案及主电路中重要元器件参数,分析了该电源控制方案。仿真及实验结果表明所设计硬件电路和软件功能的合理性。。

【Abstract】 The low-speed WEDM pulse power supply is an important of the low-speed machine tools, and has a direct impact on machine tool technology index. I designed a digital pulse power supply of DSP-based after I do a lot of the existing record by the pulse power supply to carry out a study for low-speed cha-racteristics of the machine tool. Studyes of this thesis as follow:Firstly, this thesis introduced the current domestic and foreign WEDM’s the situation of the development and trends,and Learn characteristics of the traditional pulse power supply. then expound the mechanism principle ,So that we have a preliminary understanding of it. In this section,we focus on energy analysisand described the impact of the electric parameters.Secondly, this thesis brings forward the digital pulse power supply’s hardwaredesign and software implementation based on TMS320F2812 controller and gives the schematic of hardware and software flow chart The use of powerful data-processing capability and a wealth of resources both within and outside and high-speed real-time control capability, The realization of the sampling data, adjust and control of PWM,communications and so on. Adoption of this chip makes the excitation controller has simpler structure, stronger anti-jamming capability and higher stability.Finally,we designed two PI controller according to the actual situation in the thesis,but this part is the small piece because this is not to go in-depth study so the control parameters are still experimental stage.Through the simulation, the better to determine value of several important components on the main circuit. At the same time, simulation shows that the main circuit current is stability, and achieve the purpose of design.
