基于ANSYS的有砟轨道桥上无缝道岔温度力及位移研究

【摘要】 无缝道岔和桥上无缝道岔是高速、重载铁路强化轨道结构的关键技术。其力学机理比较复杂,历来是铁路现代化技术研究中的热点和难点。新建铁路和城市高架线路,由于受到地形或环保等条件的制约,不可避免的要将无缝道岔铺设在桥上。世界许多专家学者提出了各种不同的无缝道岔计算理论和方法,并开展了相关的试验研究。但到迄今为止,还没有形成一种成熟和公认统一的方法。基于有限单元法,建立了无缝道岔及桥上无缝道岔的温度力和位移的计算模型,根据ANSYS中的单元特性,钢轨、轨枕、扣件、道床、限位器、间隔铁、桥梁等选择不同的单元进行模拟,并选取合适的计算参数,对18号无缝道岔及桥上无缝道岔进行温度力与位移的计算。运用本文建立的无缝道岔有限元模型,对无缝道岔各影响参数进行分析计算。并针对桥上无缝道岔分析了简支梁桥上无缝道岔、连续梁桥上无缝道岔、连续刚构桥上无缝道岔温度力与位移的分布规律。利用ANSYS的二次开发功能进行无缝道岔群分析系统的开发,UIDL进行用户界面设计,开发可视化的对话框,实现参数的输入,APDL实现参数的修改和功能模块的嵌入,使开发的模块有机的成为ANSYS的一部分。本文的研究成果对桥上无缝道岔的设计、施工和养护具有重要的指导意义。

【Abstract】 Both seamless turnout and seamless turnout on bridge are key techniques for high speed railway and heavy haul railway to strengthen track structure. The mechanical mechanisms of both seamless turnout and seamless turnout on bridge are very complex and they have always been the focal points and difficulty points of railway modernization technique research.Many experts in the world proposed all kinds of different jointless switch computation theory and the method, and have carried out the related experimental study. But so far, mature and unified method has not been agreed.Based on the finite element principle, a model of seamless turnout and seamless turnout on bridge have been established. According to the characteristic of the elements in ANSYS, different elements are choosed to simulate the rail, tie, fastening, ballast, spacer block, restricting device and bridge so on. Analysis and calculation are carried out on the temperature stress and deformation of NO. 18 turnout and seamless turnout on bridge by using the model and appropriately parameters selected.The sentivity of each jointless switch design parameter is analyzed based on the modle. The distribution rules of the tensile and temperature force and displacement of seamless turnout on simple-supported beam bridge, seamless turnout on continuous beam bridge, seamless turnout on continuous frame bridge, and crossover on continuous beam bridge were analyzed.Analysis system of welded turnout is developed based on the fundamental features of ANSYS. Using UIDL to design user interface, establish eyeable dialog box, which realizes the input of parameters and APDL to realize modification of parameters and embedment of module, which makes the modules be a part of ANSYS.The research findings of this paper are important to guide the design, construction and maintaining of seamless turnout on bridge.
