茶林河桥碳纤维加固的非线性有限元分析

【摘要】 本文以焦柳线处于损伤状态的茶林河预应力混凝土铁路桥为研究对象,主要进行了以下几方面的研究:1.对伤损桥梁采用碳纤维材料进行加固处理,并对加固前后的桥梁进行了现场测试。2.分析了茶林河预应力混凝土桥的振动特性。用理论解析式计算了茶林河桥的竖向自振频率,为大致判断有限元计算结果的正确性提供理论上的参考值。3.采用非线性有限元对茶林河预应力混凝土铁路桥加固前后的性状进行了静、动力特性计算并探讨了桥梁裂纹产生的原因,对桥梁加固效果作了定量的评估,证明了受损的预应力混凝土铁路桥梁采用碳纤维加固可以提高桥梁的承载能力。通过研究,实例证明了应用碳纤维材料对铁路运营桥梁加固的可行性,为我国预应力混凝土铁路运营桥梁的补强加固工作提供了一定的参考依据和有效的计算方法。

【Abstract】 The research object of this paper is the ChaLin River Bridge- a damaged pre-stressed concrete railway bridge lies in the JiaoLiu Line. The main content of this paper lists as below:1. Using carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) to reinforce the damaged bridge and tested the bridge on scene before and after the reinforcement.2. The vibration characteristic of ChaLin River Bridge, a pre-stressed concrete railway bridge, was analyzed. The vertical Nature Frequency of ChaLin River Bridge was calculated by analytic formula and offered the reference value for estimate the validity of results calculated by finite elements approximately in theory.3. Nonlinear finite elements were used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of ChaLin River Bridge before and after reinforcement and the paper discussed the reason for the appearance of bridge crack. The effect of reinforcement of bridge was estimated quantificational and the validity of CFRP for the reinforcement of damaged pre-stressed concrete railway bridge was proved.After analysis, the instance proved the validity of CFRP for reinforcing the railway bridge and the paper offered several reference and effective calculative methods for the reinforcement job for thepre-stressed concrete railway bridge.
