医院病例管理系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 本课题以中南大学湘雅附二医院器官移植中心的病例管理信息系统的开发为背景,详细探讨了在医院信息化过程中的病例信息管理网络化、数字化建设方案,基于安全性和数据挖掘的系统需求,提出了客户机/服务器的开发模式。本文研究和探讨了目前病例管理信息系统的发展现状和现行软件技术,针对系统的功能需求,在系统的安全性、文件统一管理、实用性等重点、难点问题上,提出了切实可行的设计方案。在系统安全性方面,针对软件、数据库、数据本身和用户密码等,分别进行了安全设计;在文件统一管理方面,考虑系统的功能需求,创新地设计了基于FTP的文件管理方案,屏蔽了与文件服务器打交道的细节,实现了系统的目标功能;为适应用户的习惯,将Office组件中的Word、Excel引入系统,并与系统较好地融合在一起;为系统的广泛应用,根据医院的具体情况,为提高响应速度、对数据进行科学管理,并保证数据的完整性,提出并设计了分布式数据库系统。通过这些技术的分析、设计和实现后,在中南大学湘雅二医院器官移植中心实现了病例管理的信息化,提高了病例数据处理的效率,提供了数据共享、统一管理的数字化服务,并为病例的分析、研究、数据挖掘提供了数据支持。

【Abstract】 This topic is based on the development of the Cases Management Information System at the Organ Transplanting Center in the Second Xiangya-Hospital of Central South University, discusses in detail in the process of hospital information management in the case of information networks, digital-building program, puts forward the client / server development model based on the system requirements of security and data mining.This thesis discusses the current research and case management information system for the status quo and the existing software development technology, the demand for the function of the system, the system’s security, document management, practicality and other key and difficult issues and put forward practical and feasible design options. In the system safety aspect, for the software, the database, data itself and the user password and so on, carries on the safe design separately; In the document unification management aspect, considering the system’s function demand, the designs file management program based on the FTP, shields to deal with the details of the file server, realizes the system goal function; In order to adapt user’s custom, integrates the Office components Word, Excel introduction of systems, and with the system better; For the system’s widespread application, according to the specific circumstances of the hospital, in order to improve the response speed, carries on the scientific management to the data, and guarantees the integrity of the data, proposes and designs the distributional database system. After these technical analysis, the design and the realization, realizes the case management informationization in the Organ Transplanting Center in the Second Xiangya-Hospital of Central South University, improves efficiency of data processing of cases, provides data sharing, the unified management of digital services and provides the data support for the case’s analysis, research and data mining.
