长联大跨曲线连续梁桥结构性能与施工控制技术研究

【摘要】 本文查阅了大量国内外曲线梁桥文献资料,总结了曲线梁桥的设计与施工方法,阐述了曲线梁桥目前研究现状与发展,分析曲线梁桥受力特点及影响受力特性的主要因素,归纳了曲线梁桥的分析理论。以温福铁路飞云江特大桥为背景,采用MIDAS软件建立曲线连续梁桥的计算模型,对于不同曲线半径,在不同荷载工况下,进行曲线梁内、外腹板内力分析、内、外侧支座反力分析以及各种因素影响下梁体变形分析,证明了客运专线在主跨80m半径大于等于3500m时,桥梁可以近似采用直线桥梁分析,但应计入离心力的影响。为同类桥型的设计积累了宝贵的经验。论文结合飞云江特大桥的施工控制,针对悬臂施工的连续梁桥的特点对施工控制的方法进行分析和比较,选择了自适用控制方法进行施工控制,采用有限元分析的方法对施工阶段进行仿真分析,给出每个悬臂浇筑阶段的内力和变形,并在施工过程中根据施工监测的成果对误差进行分析,进而对下一次立模标高进行调整,研究成果直接在飞云江特大桥施工控制中应用。文中对影响主梁线形的参数进行了敏感性分析,通过对最大悬臂阶段和全桥合拢阶段的计算,得出在施工阶段,影响主梁线形的参数主要有预应力、混凝土的容重和混凝土的弹性模量。文中详细阐述了可用来进行结构预测的灰色控制理论,并将灰色理论应用于飞云江特大桥的施工控制中,使飞云江特大桥的线性达到了较高的精度,取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 With consultant of plenty of related literatures at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the designation and construction methods of curved girder bridge and expounds the current situation of curved girder bridge study and its development. What’s more, the properties of mechanics and its main influencing factors are analyzed in this paper, and a conclusion of analyzing theories is made as well. Taking the great bridge over Feiyun river as an illustration, this paper mainly performs the research of internal force of the inner and outer web plates, the reaction force of the media and lateral support saddles, and the girder deformation caused by various reasons through building the calculating model with the use of MIDAS software for different curve radius at different loading conditions. It proved that when the main span is 80m and the radius isn’t less than 3500m, the linearity bridge analysis should be adopted with the consideration of the influence of centrifugal force, which accumulates invaluable experiences for the designation of the same type bridge.According to the characteristics of the cantilever construction continuous girder beam, some comparative analysis of the construction control methods have been presented in the paper based on the construction control of Feiyunjiang Bridge. Through taking adaptive control approach to conduct construction control, using Limit Element Method to simulate the construction phase, the internal force and deflection in each cantilever casting phase could be figured out. Besides, the errors have been analyzed by comparing with the measured data during the construction, so the next formwork elevation could be adjusted. Thus the results could be applied to the construction control of Feiyunjiang Bridge.Sensitivity analysis of parameters which will affect the alignment of the main beam has been investigated in this project. Through the calculation of the last cantilever phase as well as the whole bridge closed phase, it can be known that during the construction phase the main parameters that will affect the alignment of the beam are prestressing force, concrete volume-weight and concrete elastic modulus. And the influence of concrete creep can not be ignored in the construction control of long span girder bridge. In this paper, grey control theory which estimate and forecast structure state has been described in details, and it was applied in the construction control of Feiyunjiang bridge. Moreover, its application has realized a higher precision of linearity.
