既有隧道上新建高层建筑对其影响的测试分析

【摘要】 近年来,城市新建许多高层建筑,地下空间的开发利用也不断加强。在既有的地下工程上方修建高层建筑,高层建筑的施工将对地下工程产生影响。本文以长沙市某高层建筑施工过程中对下部既有电缆隧道影响的监控项目为研究背景,采用现场监控量测与有限元数值模拟相结合的研究方法,对高层建筑施工整个过程对隧道的影响进行了全面系统的研究。主要研究工作有:(1)根据现场实际情况,制定合理的监控量测方案。包括选择量测项目、量测手段、量测断面及测点,并制定量测频率等。(2)对隧道进行监测并分析测量数据,得出隧道净空收敛变形和衬砌表面应力随高层建筑施工与时间的变化规律,判断隧道是否处于安全的工作状态。(3)采用数值分析软件MATLAB对衬砌表面应力数据进行拟合,并对最终稳定值进行预测。通过将预测值与容许值相比较对隧道的安全性作出判断。(4)采用ANSYS有限元软件根据现场实际情况建立有限元模型。对上部建筑施工整个过程中对隧道的影响进行了数模模拟。得到上部建筑施工各个阶段隧道衬砌及周围围岩的受力变形情况。并将计算结果与现场实测数据进行对比,对隧道的工作状态进一步作出判断。

【Abstract】 In recent years, Many high-rise buildings are constructed in many cities. At the same time, the development of underground space is paid more and more attention to. The high-rise building is constructing on the ground under which a tunnel has existed and will impact on the safety of the tunnel. Based on the project of monitoring the cable tunnel influenced by the construction of upper high-rise building in Changsha, this paper uses monitoring and FEM to systematically study the influences on the cable tunnel caused by construction of high-rise building.(1) According to the actual condition of this project, a reasonable monitoring program was constituted, including the selection of monitoring items, monitoring means, location and frequency of monitoring and so on.(2) Through monitoring the tunnel and analyzing the data, the law of the development of net convergence distortion and superficial pressure stress of the lining was found. According to the result of analysis, conclusion was made that the tunnel is safe.(3) Through fitting the data of superficial pressure stress of the lining with MATLAB software, forecast the final stable value. Comparing the forecasted value with the allowed value of concrete, judge the tunnel is in a safe state.(4) Adopting ANSYS software to establish 2D model. Simulating the influences on the tunnel at each stage of construction of high-rise building. Through computation, get the stress distribution and deformation of tunnel lining and surrounding rock at each stage of construction of high-rise building. Then comparing the simulation results with the monitoring results and evaluating the safety of tunnel.
