应用3D技术模拟MED手术的可行性研究

【摘要】 目的:借助现代计算机成像技术(3D动画制作)生成生动逼真的MED手术的三维演示动画,直接观摩该手术的全过程,为未来实现医学虚拟现实技术在教学、临床以及科研的应用和普及提供新的方法。方法:(1)获取腰椎间盘突出症患者的腰椎(L3/4)CT扫描的计算机数字图像数据,利用Mimics软件将图像坐标数据转换成ASCII格式的点云数据,并利用CATIA软件对点云进行处理通过Geomagic studio、Catia建立L3/4几何模型。(2)将所得到的几何模型导入软件3D Max 2009,将mesh模型转换为Polygon格式。利用该模型进行MED模拟演示。(3)利用效果逼真的V-Ray渲染器将演示过程生成tga数字图像序列集合,运用Adobe After Affect CS4进行后期特效处理及文字标注,最后使用AdobePremiere CS4进行艺术剪辑加工,得到最终的成片。结果:(1)建立了L3/4的三维有限元模型,共生成壳单元8966个,弹簧单元104个,该模型能导入3D Max进行模拟演示。(2)利用3D Max软件的可编辑性和动画功能,获得了超过2400秒,共计57600多桢影视图像序列素材。(3)利用Adobe CS4后期功能对素材进行剪辑和特效处理,最终获得了3分20秒流程简洁、意图清晰、具有教学价值的成片。结论:应用Mimics软件和3D Max软件能生动逼真的演示MED手术全过程,为将来实现虚拟现实技术在医学临床、教学、科研中的应用奠定了良好的基础。

【Abstract】 Objective:Aim:To form a vivid 3 D demo of MED operation by modern computer generated image technique(3D animatiom),and observe the complete procedure of the operator so that to offer a new method in application and pervasion of virtual reality technique in teaching,clinic and scientific research in the future.Methods:(1)Obtained the CT scan computer digital image data of lubar intervertebral disc protrusion patients’ abdominal vertebra(L3/4),transformed image space data to ASCII format point cloud data by MIMICS software,handle point cloud data by CATIA software and established L3/4 geometrical model by Geomagic studio and Catia.(2)Introduced L3/4 geometrical model into 3D Max 2009 software,transformed mesh model into Polygon pattern and utilized this model to simulation demonstration.(3)Applied the vivid V-Ray renderer to produce tga digital image sequence sets, maked use of Adobe After Affect CS4 to carry out post stage special effect processing and labeling character and finished aesthetic montage by Adobe Premiere CS4 to form the final filmResults:①Established L3/4 3D finite element model and totally produced 8966 shell elements,and 104 spring elements and introduced the model into 3D Max to demonstrate.②Utilized the editable character and animated function of 3D Max software to obtain an up to 2400 seconds and 57600 frames film image material.③Applied post stage special effect function of Adobe CS4 to edit and the material and carry out special effect processing,and finally got a 3 minutes 20 seconds processes concise,intention definite and teaching used final filmConclusion:Apply Mimics and 3D Max software can vividly demonstrate the procedure of MED operation and provides a basis for the application and pervasion of virtual reality technique in teaching,clinic and scientific research.
