农村群体性暴力事件及其社会控制

【摘要】 农村群体性暴力事件的内在本质在于事件实质的暴力性。本文通过暴力理论的研究,重新认识暴力的若干基本属性,并用它们来诠释农村群体性暴力事件的另一种维度。暴力本质是一种客观存在,这一基点是本文探讨和界定农村群体性暴力事件本质的逻辑支撑点。因此,社会如何理性地看待和认识暴力,从而培养一种新的社会暴力理性思维模式,是本文写作的一个中心点。本文提出了在三种不同社会情境下,对于社会暴力理性的不同解释。同时,本文对瓮安“标本性”农民群体性暴力事件作了分析,认为稳定是社会正义和社会发展之所必须,并从四个方面对建立社会稳定机制进行了探讨,得出了具体启示。在此基础上,本文提出了关于正确认识和处理农村群体性暴力事件的相关对策,认为正确认识和遵循农村群体性暴力事件的社会控制的原则;正确地认识社会暴力理性的三种状态;构建新的农村社会治理模式;完善农村群体性暴力事件的突发应急预案;突出法制宣传以及基层公安司法机关的防控作用;建立意见释放机制,畅通农民利益表达途径;是处理农村群体性暴力事件的有效选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 Violence is the essence of the collective violent riot of countryside. at first; the paper redefines some characteristics of violence through the research of violence theories, and then applies them to explain the popular resistant accidents. The theory of objective existence of violence is the base of this thesis to explore the popular resistant accidents, therefore, the society how to treat and recognize violence, and then form a rational altitude towards violence is highly concerned by the paper. Under these conditions, the thesis constructs three different demonstrations about how to define the rationality of violence under different conditions. And this article on the Weng’an "samples" of farmers groups, an analysis of the events of that stability is the social justice and social development must be from four to the establishment of a mechanism of social stability are discussed, and reached a specific inspiration drawn. On this basis, this paper on the correct understanding and handling of violence in the rural group of related measures, that to correctly understand and follow the violence in the rural group the principles of social control; a proper understanding of the three types of social violence rational state; Construction new mode of social governance in rural areas; to improve the rural mass violence contingency plans for emergencies; outstanding legal advocacy and grass-roots role in the prevention and control of public security and judicial organs; to establish the views of the release mechanism, clear expression of the interests of farmers; groups to deal with incidents of sexual violence in rural areas effective choice.更多还原
