【摘要】 随着铜材市场需求的不断变化,铜材加工企业为了快速抢占市场,使生产的产品具有灵活性,大力进行设备改造,更新现有生产设备,冶金生产设备研发项目具有广阔的市场前景。如何使研发项目顺利进行,减少项目失败的机率,避免不必要的损失,是冶金设备生产企业的迫切需要解决的问题。本文从冶金设备电气项目研发的一般过程出发,依据相关关风险理论,阐明了冶金设备电气项目研发的风险,本文以铜带坯水平连铸生产线电气项目为例,对项目本身的特点、所处环境以及市场前景作了说明,系统地分析了研发过程中铜带坯水平连铸生产线的各种风险,通过对各种风险进行度量,建立了一种有效的电气项目研发风险决策模型,对铜带坯水平连铸生产线电气项目研发进行了风险决策,提出了电气项目研发风险防范基本要求并制订了铜带坯水平连铸生产线电气项目风险防范措施。同时指出了对铜带坯水平连铸生产线电气项目研发所进行的风险分析风险度量、风险决策以及风险防范等不仅适用冶金设备电气项目研发,而且其方法具有普遍适用性,可推广应用到一般的机械设备电气项目研发中去。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the copper market demands are constantly changing, copper processing enterprises in order to quickly seize the market, develop products with the flexibility, Actively engaged in equipment modification, updating of existing production equipment, Metallurgical Equipments R&D projects has broad market prospects. How to make the smooth conduct of R & D projects to reduce the chance of project failure, to avoid unnecessary losses, is an urgent need to be addressed of the metallurgical equipment manufacturing enterprises.Basing on Metallurgical Equipments Electrical Control System R&D and relying on some risk theories, this thesis has described Metallurgical Equipments Electrical Control System R&D risk. In this paper Electrical Control System of Copper Strip Horizontal Continuous Casting Line Project as an example, made a description on the characteristics and surroundings, Systematic analysis of the Electrical Control System of Copper Strip Horizontal Continuous Casting Line Project of various risks. It has set up a valid risk decision making mode for Electrical Control System Product development by measuring each risk. It has made a risk decision of Electrical Control System of Copper Strip Horizontal Continuous Casting Line Project. it has also Proposed basic risk guarding against requirements of Electrical Control System R&D and detailed risk guarding against measures to Electrical Control System of Copper Strip Horizontal Continuous Casting Line Project.The thesis has Pointed out that method of risk analysis, risk measuring, risk guarding against and risk decision making to Electrical Control System of Copper Strip Horizontal Continuous Casting Line Project not only fits for Metallurgical Equipments R&D, but also fits for general Machinery Electrical Control System R&D Project and could be widely applied更多还原
