大型耙吸挖泥船疏浚设备建造技术研究

【摘要】 本文针对目前疏浚船制造技术不能满足国内疏浚船市场需求的现状,在工厂建造大型耙吸挖泥船的技术经验的基础上,逐步了解并掌握了大型耙吸挖泥船的主要疏浚设备如大直径锥形泥门、大直径耙管及其吊放系统等技术性能,通过对锥形泥门、耙吸管及其吊放装置的结构特点的分析和关键建造技术的研究,提出了具体制作工艺流程、精度控制技术、船上安装技术等工艺规程并在实船中得到成功应用,为工厂今后研发挖泥船疏浚设备积累了经验。本文主要的研究工作和结论:(1)主要对泥门制作和安装工艺技术、耙管吊架制作和安装技术、耙管制作和安装技术作了系统性的研究,分析相应的关键建造技术如精度控制技术、焊接工艺技术等,制定了合理的工艺技术规程。(2)通过关键建造技术和工艺技术规程的成功实船应用,为工厂今后研发挖泥船疏浚设备积累了经验,也为工厂取得了良好的经济效益。

【Abstract】 The paper focuses on the present dredger vessel building technique couldn’t be satisfactory to the requirements of domestic markets. Comprehending and command the technique property of main equipments to large-scale dredger vessel such as big diameter suction channel doors, big diameter suction tubes and the sling systems etc. Base on the technique experience of building large-scale suction dredger vessel in shipyard, put forward the technology procedure of specific manufacture technology processes, control technique of precision and the technique of installed on vessel by the way to the technique of analysis the structure characteristic suction channel doors, suction tube and sling system, research key construct technique. At the same time succeeded apply on real vessel. The experiences are accumulated for shipyard to research dredger vessel equipment for the future.The main research works and conclusions of the paper:(1) The article researches facture and fitting technology technique of bottom doors, suction tubes and suction tube hangers. Analysis the key building technique of control accuracy degree and welding technology etc. Marking good regulations of the technology technique.(2) Accumulates the experience for shipyard to research dredger vessel equipment for the future through research the key building technique and technology technique which have succeed apply on the real vessels. And also win the good economic benefit for the shipyard.
