沪苏通区域经济一体化研究

【摘要】 20世纪80年代以来,在全球化成为世界经济发展的重要趋势的同时,区域经济一体化也是当今国际经济关系中最引人注目的趋势之一。在我国,随着经济的高速增长,区域经济一体化也得到了蓬勃的发展。这其中,以长江三角洲地区为代表的区域经济一体化条件最为成熟、发展最为迅速。2008年,国务院正式将长三角地区经济一体化发展纳入了国家发展战略,强调加快提升该地区经济整体素质和国际竞争力,促进其科学发展、和谐发展、率先发展、一体化发展,对全国改革开放和经济社会发展具有重大意义。作为中国经济增长重要引擎之一的长三角地区,其经济一体化发展不仅影响到该区域的自身发展,而且影响中国经济的整体增长力和国际竞争力。因此,当前加强对长三角地区经济一体化研究具有重大的理论和现实意义。区域经济一体化是一个渐进的、由低级到高级发展的过程。长三角区域经济一体化首先是区域内重要城市圈的经济一体化,然后才是整个长三角地区的经济一体化。区域内重要城市圈的经济一体化有助于推动和加快整个长三角区域经济一体化进程,是长三角区域经济一体化的关键所在。鉴于此,本文以长三角区域内重要城市圈---沪苏通地区的经济一体化为研究内容,着重分析了沪苏通区域经济一体化所具备的条件和存在的障碍,提出了沪苏通区域经济一体化的发展目标,并以此为基础,探寻加快沪苏通区域经济一体化的对策。文章从五个部分展开论述:第一部分是前言,包括研究的范围、背景和目的,国内外研究现状,研究方法及思路,论文的特点与创新;第二部分是区域经济一体化概述,主要对区域经济一体化的涵义、动力机制、条件,以及相关理论进行了归纳梳理;第三部分是沪苏通区域经济一体化的现状分析,主要从地理位置、资源、产业、基础设施、政策、文化、生态环境等方面分析了该地区经济一体化发展具备的基础条件和存在的障碍;第四部分是沪苏通区域经济一体化的发展目标,包括一体化的交通和物流体系、一体化的产业架构、一体化的市场体系、一体化的制度框架和一体化的生态环境五大目标;第五部分是对策建议部分,在前面分析的基础上,针对性地提出了加快沪苏通区域经济一体化的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 80’s of 20th century, globalization has become an important trend of world economy development. At the same time, regional economy integration is also increasingly showing its vitality and vigor, and become one of the most eye-catching trends of today’s international economic relations. In our country, with the rapid growth of economy, regional economy integration has also been promising developments. Among these, as a representative of coastal areas, the conditions of regional economy integration of the Yangtze River Delta are especially mature. In 2008, the development of the Yangtze River Delta region has been officially integrated into national development strategies. The State Council emphasized it’s of great significance to the development of our national economy and society to enhance the overall quality and international competitiveness, to promote scientific, harmonious and integration development in the Yangtze River Delta. As an important engine of economy growth in China, economy integration development of the Yangtze River Delta affects not only their own development, but also the economy growth and international competitiveness of our country. Therefore, it’s of great theoretical and practical significance to study the current regional economy integration of the Yangtze River Delta.Regional economy integration is a gradual process of development, the breadth, depth and the main bodies of regional cooperation are also open to expanding. Regional economy integration of Yangtze River Delta first is the major city’s economy integration, and then the entire regional integration. Major city’s economy integration will speed up the whole process of regional economy integration of Yangtze River Delta. In view of this, this paper chooses the major cities --- Shanghai, Suzhou and Nantong in the Yangtze River Delta as the objects, analyzes the conditions and obstacles of the regional economy integration of these major cities, and then put forward the objectives and counter-measures of integration.The study includes five parts: the foreword; regional economy integration and related theories; the conditions and main obstacles of regional economy integration of Shanghai, Suzhou and Nantong; objectives of regional economy integration of Shanghai, Suzhou and Nantong; countermeasures and proposals.更多还原
