【摘要】 旅游资源整合是为了保证区域旅游资源的整体性、系统性和全面协调性,围绕发掘和增强旅游竞争力为中心,对整个区域进行整合开发,使区域旅游资源形成一个良好的空间互补关系,组合成为具有统一功能的整体,从而实现区域旅游资源市场价值最大化和综合效益最大化。“5.12”大地震给安县的旅游业带来了巨大损失,部分旅游资源遭到破坏,旅游业发展的内外部环境也发生了巨大变化,因此,安县旅游业需要重构,旅游整合及深度开发势在必行。文章首先研究了国内区域旅游合作、旅游资源整合开发等方面的研究进展,并对旅游资源、旅游资源整合、深度开发的概念做了相关界定,同时,对相关理论进行了探索研究,从系统理论、区域经济增长理论、可持续发展理论、共生理论、旅游地生命周期理论中找到了研究的理论支撑。对区域现状的研究是一切工作的基础,因此,文章对安县的旅游资源整合及深度开发的现实条件做了详细研究。介绍了安县的区位条件、地质地貌、社会经济,对旅游资源进行了系统梳理,研究了资源的类型、分布以及特色,并对地震造成的影响做了客观评价。通过上面的分析,找出了目前旅游业发展中存在的问题,旅游资源整合便非常必要。因此,针对这些问题,文章提出安县旅游资源整合的战略目标、指导思想,即打造“千山佛地,温泉之都”,在目标这个统率下,实施旅游景区整合、旅游品牌整合、旅游设施整合、管理运作体制整合、区域资源整合五大策略。对安县旅游资源的深度开发要做到综合性、整体性,在开发内容、开发模式等方面都要体现深度,并力求创新突破。要在不同的空间尺度上进行定位,明确安县在各个层面上的方向和目标。最终通过合理的空间布局,具有安县特色的产品与线路设计,做到了对资源的深度开发。整个深度开发过程中,政府、资金、基础设施、区域合作方面的保障作用也至关重要,必须统筹考虑,开发工作才能顺利进行。更多还原

【Abstract】 Integration of tourism resources is in order to ensure the integrity, systematic and comprehensive coordination of the regional tourism resources, focus on identifying and enhancing the competitiveness of tourism and profoundly exploit tourism resources in the whole region. Finally, it makes the tourism resources of region become into a unified whole with a good complementary relationship, achieve the market value of regional tourism resources and to maximize the overall efficiency of the process of maximizing. "5.12" earthquake cause a huge losses to Anxian’s tourism, some of these were destroyed. Internal and external environment of tourism development has been changed dramatically, so tourism of Anxian needs to be remodeled and integration and deep development are inevitable.The article firstly studies the progress of the domestic regional tourism cooperation and tourism resources integration , defines the concept of tourism resources,integration of tourism resources and deep development. The article also researches the related theories, such as regional economic growth, sustainable development theory and the symbiotic theory, travel and life-cycle theory .These are the foundation of the studies.Article analyses the condtion of integration and deep development, which is the basic of all these work. It introduces Anxian’s location, landform and geology, economy and society. The article systematically studies the tourism resources, which is about the type, the distribution and characteristics, at last, it also made an objective evaluation on the impact of the earthquake. Through the above-mentioned study, it find out the problem of the tourism development, therefore, it’s necessary to integrate the tourism resources. On the basis of the previous analysis, the article proposes the strategic objectives of the itegration, that is the“Mountains buddhism, hot springs city”, carrying out the five implements about tourist-attractions integration, brand integration, tourism-facilities integration, management and operation of system integration.The deep development must be comprehensive and integral, which were reflected in the development content and development model and aim for innovation. It have to be located in different spatial scales so that we have a clear direction and goals at all levels. Finally ,we could reach the goals of deep development through making the rational space layout and designing product and circuit which have unique characteristics. However, other safeguard mechanisms about the government, financing, infrastructure and regional cooperation are essential, we must have a comprehensive arrangement so that all the work are going well.更多还原
