客运专线乘务排班系统相关问题研究

【摘要】 乘务排班问题一直是交通运输领域中的重要问题,合理的排班计划不仅能提高乘务工作效率,而且能够降低运营成本,提高运输企业的竞争力。排班计划的编制受到很多因素的影响,如乘务交路计划、乘务方式和乘务员乘务规程等,如果采用传统的人工编制,不仅工作效率低,而且容易出错,无法满足客运专线高密度、高速度、高精度运行的需要。因此,研究设计一套能够快速编制和实时调整乘务排班计划的系统已迫在眉睫。论文对乘务排班系统相关问题进行了分析和研究,探讨了我国客运专线乘务排班计划的编制方法,并对我国客运专线乘务排班系统进行了科学规划与设计。论文在分析和总结前人所作研究工作的基础上,对我国客运专线的乘务管理模式和乘务制度进行了初步探讨。论文从排班计划编制的影响因素、业务流程和评价标准三个方面进行研究,建立了排班计划的数学模型。由于直接求解该模型在理论上和技术上的存在很大困难,论文选取了基于空间划分的遗传算法进行求解并给出了算法流程。最后,论文对乘务排班系统进行了合理地规划与设计,包括设计系统的总体结构、功能模块、数据库和软硬件平台等。论文的研究工作和结论为我国客运专线乘务排班系统的开发及相关问题的研究提供了理论支持,具有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 Crew scheduling has always been an important aspect in the field of transportation. A reasonable crew scheduling can not only improve the efficiency, but also reduce the operation costs and improve the competitiveness of the transportation companies. However, Crew scheduling is subjected to a number of factors, such as the routining of crew, crew working system and crew working regulations,etc.If we adopt the traditional manual arrangement, it is far from efficient and is error-prone. What’s more, it is unable to meet the requirements of passenger special line operation which is characterized by high density, high-speed and high-precision. Therefore, it is quite urgent to research and design a rapid arrangement system and crew scheduling system that is ready for real-time adjust.This thesis has analyzed and studied the problems related to the crew scheduling system, and discussed a good scheduling method that is suitable for China’s passenger special line. Besides, it has suggested a scientific planning and designing method for its crew scheduling system. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the previous study, first it tentatively discussed the crew management mode and crew scheduling system for the passenger special line in China. Proceeding from the factors which will affect the scheduling arrangement, the operating procedure as well as the evaluation criteria, this thesis has built a mathematical model for crew scheduling. As we still have great difficulties, in terms of theories and technologies, in directly working out this model, this thesis has adopted the genetic algorithm, which is based on the spatial partition, to solve it and has presented the solving process. In the end, it has properly planned and designed the crew scheduling system, including the general structure, the functional modules, the database as well as the software and the hardware.The research and conclusions in this paper has provided theoretic evidences for developing the crew scheduling system in the passenger special line and studying some other relative problems in China, hence it has some practical significance.
