【摘要】 本文以DH公司当前的战略选择这一案例作为研究背景,系统的分析了IT分销企业在目前金融危机的市场环境下该如何进行战略选择的问题,并探寻解决对策。本文运用多种战略分析工具和战略管理理论对企业内外部环境进行分析,通过构建SWOT矩阵模型制定出DH公司经营级别与公司级别战略,并根据企业实际情况给出切实可行的具体配套实施措施。文章逻辑结构大体如下:首先介绍了国内外竞争战略理论研究概况、战略分析工具作为问题分析的依据。然后对DH公司外部环境进行分析,运用EFE矩阵说明企业在IT分销产业中对现有机会与威胁做出的反应。接着从企业的内部情况入手,分析DH公司在财务、组织结构、技术水平、服务、人力、企业文化等方面的优劣势。对企业内外部环境进行分析后,采用SWOT矩阵分析方法确定企业发展战略。为成功实施所选择的战略,给出相应的配套措施,主要包括积累及提升产品线运作经验、增强公司技术与服务能力、继续管理制度改革、全面系统化人力资源建设、培育有凝聚力的企业文化、良性风险管控,加强公司财务管理等。文章的结论部分对全文做总结归纳,结论可对IT分销企业做参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis studies systematically the question how the enterprises choose their strategies under the financial crisis. And the writer tries to find the answer of it by researching the strategy choice of DH company.The thesis analyzes the internal and external business environment DH is in by utilizing a series of analyzing tools and methods, and then draws out its company-level strategy and business-class strategy. Hereafter it also discusses about the specific measures of the implementation of the strategyThe first section introduces the domestic and abroad situation of the researches on strategy management and analyzing tools. Then the second section analyzes the external business environment DH is in. In this section, the thesis explains how an enterprise studies the opportunities and threatens it is facing through the EFE matrix. Thereafter, the third section finds out the advantages and disadvantages DH has by analyzing its internal situation of financial、organization structure、technology capability、service ability、human resources、company culture. After the analysis of external and internal business situation, the thesis illustrates how to decide the developing strategy of DH by utilizing the SWOT matrix. Lastly, the writer provides the related measures of the implementation of strategy in the fifth section, contains promoting cooperation skills with PC manufactures、upgrading company’s technology and service capability、deepening reforming on organization structure、importing comprehensive HR management、cultivating the cohesive company culture、bringing up the healthy control on risks、enhancing financial management.At the end of article, there’s the summary of the whole and provide it as reference to other IT distributors.更多还原
