客运专线引入下成都铁路枢纽客运站布局规划研究

【摘要】 随着客运专线、城际铁路引入铁路枢纽并参与城市交通一体化整合的建设,许多大城市的铁路枢纽正面临着重新规划研究的机遇,其布局合理与否对城市发展影响重大,对枢纽本身的发展也极为重要。在新形势下,进行枢纽内客运站的宏观布局规划研究,对整合枢纽内客运设施资源,缓解枢纽内客运能力紧张,形成系统化、合理化的客运布局,满足旅客多样化出行需求,充分体现新形势下“以人为本”的铁路建设理念,都具有很重要的意义。本文以成都铁路枢纽客运系统为背景,运用系统的思想、定量与定性相结合的方法、站场布局理论、综合评价理论等对枢纽内大型客运站的宏观整体布局规划进行了较为系统深入的研究。研究主要针对铁路枢纽客运系统分析、客运站布局与选址理论模型、客运站布局方案评选三个方面的问题进行了深入的论述。首先,在分析客运站与城市发展及枢纽总体布局关系的基础上,对客运专线、城际铁路引入铁路枢纽布局带来的影响进行了分析和归纳,以及引入后的两种布局模式进行了划分,从而界定了客运站布局规划的内涵,指出了布局规划的目标和原则,对比布局规划传统方法的优缺点,明确了本文的研究方向和思路。其次,对铁路枢纽客运系统及其所在城市的现状及发展规划进行了论述,并从既有铁路及客运专线两个方面,提出了铁路普速客流及城际客流需求预测方法,整理分析得出成都枢纽客运站布局规划的基础资料和数据。接着,分析客运站布局的主要影响因素,建立了基于旅客出行费用、铁路投资费用及运营费用三者费用之和最小为目标的混合整数规划模型,并通过对模型的求解和实际的调整得到客运站布局方案的评价优选集。然后,从宏观布局规划的层面,建立了铁路枢纽客运站布局规划方案的评价指标体系,并对该指标体系的量化进行了研究,在此基础上采用多层次灰关联分析评价模型对方案进行了综合评选。最后,总结全文,提出本文的研究对于铁路枢纽客运系统的整合发展具有较好的现实意义和借鉴作用,并对未来的研究工作给予了展望。

【Abstract】 Along with the passenger dedicated lines and intercity railways introducing into railway hub and participating in the urban traffic integrating construction, many railway hubs are facing the opportunity to re-planning, and the layout rationality places a significant impact on the urban development as well as the railway hub itself. So, under the new circumstances, the study of railway hub passenger stations layout planning is not only very important to integrate the resources of passenger transport system and to ease passenger capacity, but also to form a systematic rationalization layout to meet needs of passengers, and to fully reflect the people-oriented concept of railway construction.This paper takes the Railway hub passenger station layout plan as the main object of study and applies systematic integral thought, a combination of quantitative and qualitative method, station layout theory and comprehensive evaluation method to research passenger station layout and plan of the railway hub using Chengdu railway hub for the context. The thesis has divided the problem to three main aspects to present the systematic study: analyzing the profile of passenger transport system, building the theoretical model of layout and location selection, and evaluating the schemes of the passenger station layout.Firstly, based on the analysis of the relationship between passenger station and city development and the overall layout of railway hub, the author analyzes and summarizes the effects that introducing passenger dedicated line and intercity railway into the railway hub, as well as dividing the two modes of layout after the introduction. Based on these, the author clarifies the research direction after that the connotation of passenger station layout planning is defined, the objectives and principles are pointed out and several traditional methods are compared.Secondly, the paper summarizes the general situation and development planning of the hub city, and analyzes the current situation and problems of railway hub system. Then, the author proposes the rail passenger demand forecasting models and solutions from the existing railway line and passenger dedicated line. Thirdly, based on the analysis of the main influence factors of passenger station layout, the paper builds integer programming model with the object function of obtaining the minimum cost including passenger travel cost, railway investment cost and operating cost. Then the model is solved and adjusted actually in order to get the layout scheme selection sets for evaluating.Fourthly, the paper established a synthetic evaluation index system of the passenger stations layout schemes with quantifying the indexes. Subsequently, it adopts the comprehensive evaluation method of the hierarchical grey relation analysis to evaluate the layout schemes.Finally, the conclusion of the full paper is drawn which makes out that the research about the railway hub passenger station layout has practical significance and reference function, and the future research work is prospected.
