【摘要】 城市道路在城市中有着重要的功能和作用,它是城市的骨架,反映一个城市的政治、经济、文化水平,也是城市形象和城市景观环境的核心,随着社会的发展和生活观念的转变,城市道路的功能也在发生着变化,除了满足交通功能外,还承载着城市文化、城市美学的内容,成为城市景观体系的重要组成部分。由于经济和观念上的差异,过去我们在城市道路改造的过程中大多偏重于物质环境的改造,忽略了人文和生态环境等方面的影响,在城市道路综合整治的研究和实践方面仍然存在着诸多问题。本文从城市道路综合整治的意义入手,结合国内外城市道路综合整治的理论与实践,分析了当前世界的发展情况,并对我国的城市道路综合整治的背景和现状进行论述,分析了我国当前城市道路综合整治存在的问题,提出适合我国城市道路综合整治的设计原则和方法,以莱芜市鲁中大街综合整治及亮化设计为例,探讨了综合整治的理论和实践策略。本文主要从以下几个方面进行论述:第一部分从历史发展角度,按照时间和空间顺序对国内外的道路整治理论与实践发展、成功案例进行评述,对其中的成功经验与失败教训进行总结,并对当前我国的道路整治现状进行简要分析。第二部分为理论探索,通过对国内外城市道路综合整治理论研究的评述,获得有利于我国城市道路综合整治发展的启示和借鉴,针对我国当前的城市发展、城市改造问题,提出我们在规划设计中应该把握的几个关键问题,如设计原则、设计目标等,总结得出适合我国城市化进程中的城市道路整治原则与方法,以指导今后的城市建设和改造。第三部分为实例论证,借鉴理论探索中所得出的城市道路综合整治的设计原则和目标,将其运用到莱芜市鲁中大街综合整治设计这一实际项目中,来论证本文的理论与实践在项目实施中的综合运用。本文从理论与实践意义出发,结合国内外发展趋势,针对我国当前道路整治存在的问题,研究探讨了道路整治的理论和对策,明确了城市道路综合整治的意义,以及与城市发展的关系,从而促进城市发展的良性循环,达到社会-经济-生态的共同利益。城市道路综合整治作为一项长期、综合、系统的工作,需要社会各界的共同参与,对于改善城市形象,促进城市发展具有重大的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Urban roads have an important function and role in the city .It is the skeleton of a city which reflects a city’s political, economic, and cultural level. It is the core of the city image and urban landscape environment too. With the social development and the change of life, the function of urban roads is also changing. In addition to meeting the transport function, it also carries forward the contents of urban culture and urban aesthetic. It has become an important component of the urban landscape system. As a result of economic and conceptual differences, in the past, we emphasized on the transformation of the physical environment in the process of transformation of urban roads. We ignored the impact of the human and ecological environment. There are still many problems in the study and practice of comprehensive improvement of urban roads.In this paper it will approach from the significance of comprehensive improvement of urban roads, combined with the theory and practice of comprehensive improvement of urban roads from home and abroad, analysis of the current developments in the world, and discuss the status and the background of comprehensive improvement of urban roads in our country. It analyzes the problems in current comprehensive improvement of urban roads, put forward principles and methods for comprehensive improvement of urban road design, and discuss on the theory and practice strategy of the comprehensive improvement of urban roads taking the Comprehensive Improvement Design and Lighting Design of Luzhong Road in Laiwu as an example.This paper discusses the following aspects:The first part reviewed the theory and practice of comprehensive improvement and the success cases at home and abroad from the perspective historical development in accordance with the time and space order. It summarizes the lessons of successful experiences and failures and takes a brief analysis of current status of road improvement.The second part is theoretical exploration. According to the commentary on the theoretical research of comprehensive improvement at home and abroad, we want to get the Inspiration and reference in favor of comprehensive improvement of urban roads in our country. The paper puts forward the key issues that we should grasp in the planning and design for the current urban development and urban renewal issues, such as Design principles and design objectives. It sums up the urban roads improvement principles and methods for the process of urbanization in China in order to guide urban development and transformation in the future.The third part is examples of demonstration. Using the Design principles and design objectives of comprehensive improvement of urban roads from theoretical exploration to direct the Comprehensive Improvement of Luzhong Road and prove the theory and practice that used in the project.This paper studies the theoretical and practical significance combined with of domestic and international development trends. According to the current problems of roads improvement, the author studied the theory and measures of roads improvement and defined the significance of urban roads comprehensive improvement and the relation to the urban development. We hope to promote a virtuous circle of urban development and achieve the common interests of the social-economic-ecology. As a long-term, comprehensive and systematic work, comprehensive improvement of urban roads need community participation. It has a great significance in improving the city image and promotion of urband development.更多还原
