500MPa细晶粒钢筋混凝土梁受剪试验研究

【摘要】 500MPa细晶粒钢筋是我国新研究开发的采用控制钢筋轧制温度技术生产的一种新型细晶粒钢筋,它具有强度高、延性好的特点,与混凝土粘结锚固性能可靠的新型钢筋。新标准《钢筋混凝土用钢热轧带肋钢筋》(GB1499.2-2007)已将细晶粒热轧钢筋纳入,然而由于国内500MPa细晶粒钢筋的研究起步较晚并且缺乏相应钢筋混凝土构件试验资料而尚未列入我国《混凝土结构设计规范》。本课题的研究将为500MPa细晶粒钢筋的应用提供理论基础与试验依据。通过对16根500MPa细晶粒钢筋、1根400MPa及1根600MPa钢筋做箍筋的混凝土梁在集中荷载作用下的试验,观测了不同混凝土强度、不同剪跨比、不同箍筋强度、不同配箍率、不同截面尺寸、不同截面形状等条件下试件的裂缝、挠度、承载力及破坏形态,并将实测值与有关公式的计算值进行了比较。试验表明,500MPa细晶粒钢筋混凝土构件的受剪性能与普通钢筋混凝土构件相同,具有较好的受力性能。试验表明,500MPa细晶粒钢筋为箍筋的试验梁,按照《混凝土结构设计规范》规定的受剪承载力计算公式的计算结果与试验结果符合良好,强度能够得到充分利用。由此可见,集中荷载作用下配置500MPa细晶粒钢筋做箍筋的混凝土受剪构件仍可按《混凝土结构设计规范》相关公式进行计算,并且具有足够的安全储备。对构件试验结果的研究分析表明,在正常使用极限状态下,采用《混凝土结构设计规范》受剪承载力计算公式设计的集中荷载作用下配置500MPa细晶粒钢筋为箍筋的混凝土梁一般可以满足斜裂缝宽度限值要求。并对500MPa细晶粒钢筋用来作箍筋时的设计强度取值进行了讨论,通过本次试验结果分析,对500MPa细晶粒高强钢筋,建议在规范受剪承载力计算公式中其设计强度fyv=420MPa。

【Abstract】 500MPa hot rolled bars of fine grains is a new type of fine-grained steels, which is a new research and development of our country according to the technology that control the temperature. It’s a new type steel bar which has many merits, such as hi-strength and strong ductility. Now this kind of steel bar has been taken in by《Hot ribbed bar of reinforced conrete》(GB 1499.2-2007), but it hasn’t been taken in by《Code for design of concrete structures》(GB50010-2002), because the domestic study of this new king of steel bar strait late and the relevant testing information is absent. The study can provide theoretic and testing bases for the application of 500MPa hot rolled bars of fine grains.Based on the experiments of 16 concrete beams with 500MPa hot rolled bars of fine grains, 1 with HRB400 bars and 1 with HRB600 bars as stirrup under concentrated load. They are observed that the crack, deflection, bearing capacity and failure mode under the different concrete strength, different shear span ratio, different stirrup strength, different ratio of stirrup, different section size. Some comparisons are made between test results and calculated values. The experiment research shows that the performance of shear member reinforced with 500MPa hot rolled bars of fine grains is the same as that of the common reinforced concrete members, the members reinforced with 500MPa hot rolled bars of fine grains work well and have obvious failure marks.The analysis of the experiment results shows that the concrete beams with 500MPa hot rolled bars of fine grains, which test results is in line with the results that is calculated by the the formula in code for design of concrete structures. The test results show that the formula in code for design of concrete structures can be used to calculate its shear capacity, which have enough safety.The analysis of the experiment results shows that under the limit state of serviceability , under the concentrated load the concrete beams with 500MPa hot rolled bars of fine grains as stirrup, which is designed by the formula in code for design of concrete structures meet the request of the width of the diagonal crack. The propositional design strength is discussed when the 500MPa hot rolled bars of fine grains as stirrup. Based on the analysis of experimental results, in the formula in code for design of concrete structures, the propositional design strength of 500MPa hot rolled bars of fine grains is 420MPa.
