聚驱后聚合物表面活性剂驱提高采收率实验研究

【摘要】 我国拥有丰富地质储量的石油资源,但大部分主力油田经过一次、二次采油后均已进入高含水阶段,油田持续稳产的难度越来越大,为此开展了多项提高采收率新技术研究。聚合物驱油已经在大庆油田大面积推广,成为油田可持续发展的重要措施。然而,在大规模开展聚合物驱工业化应用后,随之而来也出现一些问题。有些区块已经进入聚合物驱后续水驱阶段,聚合物驱后,如何进一步提高原油采收率保持油田可持续发展,就显得尤为重要。本文通过室内物理模拟实验,在人造岩芯上(Kg=1000md、2000md,4.5am×4.5cm×30cm)进行了聚合物驱后二元复合体系进一步提高采收率实验研究。综合考虑了二元体系活性剂浓度、二元体系聚合物浓度、二元体系聚合物分子量,二元体系段塞大小等多种因素对二元复合体系驱油效果的影响,并且对二元体系、三元体系和功能性聚合物的驱油效果进行了对比,还通过三管并联实验对二元复合体系驱油效果进行了评价,最后又在天然岩芯上对二元体系驱油效果进行了验证。本文取得了二元体系采收率提高幅度随二元体系活性剂浓度增加而增加、随二元体系聚合物浓度的增加而增加、随二元体系主段塞大小的增加而增加等认识。通过本文的研究以及项目所取得的认识,为聚合物驱后进一步提高原油采收率提供技术储备,对大庆油田的可持续发展具有重大意义。

【Abstract】 Our country has a large amount of petroleum reserves,but after the primary and secondary recovery,mostreservoirs entered a high water cut period , it is more and more difficult to stable the production of this oil field. Therefore, several projects for EOR have being carried out. Polymer flooding has been expanded in the big area of the daqing oil-field,becoming the important measure keeping the oil-field sustained development,and still extends.After large-scale polymer flooding industrialization application,however,it follows to also appear some problems.In some area polymer flooding has always reached the follow-up water flooding stage.after polymer flooding,how to further enhance oil recovery and keep the oil-field sustained development is important.Through the indoor physics imitating experiment, the main task is on the artificial homogeneous core (Kg=1000md、2000md, 4.5cm×4.5cm×30cm) to carry out after polymer flooding surfactant-polymer system further enhances oil recovery experiment research. Considering many factors , such as which effect flooding efficiency of the polymer-surfactant system ,surfactant concentration, polymer concentration, polymer molecular weight and slug size of the binary compound system ,and compares flooding efficiency of polymer-surfactant system , ternary compound system and the functional polymers , then in the core of binary system of natural oil displacement effect was verified.The results from paper show that oil recovery efficiency of binary compound flooding increases with surfactant concentration of the binary system, increases with polymer concentration of the dual system, the main slug size increases, etc. This research and project provides technical reserves for daqing oilfield on further enhance oil recovery after polymer flooding, and is the significance of daqing oilfield sustainable development.
