海天港监测一体化信息系统的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化进程的加快,现代港口作为国际贸易的枢纽和多式联运的结点,其重要地位日益突出。传统的手绘制图、记忆管理和人工统计分析的管理方式效率低下,很难适应这种快速发展的海量数据管理要求。因此,必须实现港口建设的信息化管理,提高港口建设的科学决策能力和管理效率。本文以厦门海天港的信息化为应用背景,研究港口监测一体化信息系统的若干关键技术,其主要内容包括以下四个方面:1.建立了海天港监测一体化信息系统数据库。分析了海天港监测的信息需求,研究并实现了一体化信息系统数据库的设计过程,并对数据库的应用和维护方法进行了讨论。2.研究了海天港三维场景特殊效果的显示方法。针对港口三维GIS监控子系统逼真度和实时性的要求,提出了有效的地形、云层和阴影等特效的绘制算法。3.设计了海天港监测一体化信息系统的网络结构与通信协议。以TCP/IP协议和Winsock控件为基础实现了异构网络之间的互联,面向消息交互详细设计了具体的通讯协议。4.设计并实现了海天港监测一体化信息系统。设计了系统的体系结构,采用开放式的系统架构实现了多种来源的数据交互规则;对二维及三维客户端进行了软件实现,通过模块化设计有效提高了系统稳定性。海天港监测一体化信息系统的建立,加强了港口监测管理的信息化水平,提高了港口管理的科学决策能力,能够满足港区信息化建设发展之需求,具有重要的应用价值。

【Abstract】 Along with the accelerating process of global economic integration, the modern harbor is becoming more and more prominent as the international trade hinge and key node of multi-type transport. The traditional handmade chart, manual management by memories and statistics have a low efficiency which is difficult to follow the fast development and request of the mass data management. Therefore, the port management informationization must be realized to enhance the decision-making ability and improve the management efficiency.This article takes the informationization of Haitian Port in Xiamen as the application background, researches the key technologies of integrated port monitoring information system. Its primary coverage includes the following four aspects:Firstly, the database is established for Haitian Port Monitoring Information System(HPMIS). The data requests of HPMIS are analyzed, the database-designing process is researched and implemented, and the application and maintenance of the database are discussed.Secondly, the special effects in three-dimension scene of Haitian Port is studied. In view of the fidelity and real-time request, the corresponding effective rendering algorithm of terrain, cloud and shadow are proposed.Thirdly, the network architecture and communication protocols of HPMIS are designed. The connection of heterogeneous networks is implemented basing on TCP/IP and Winsock, the communication protocols are designed specificly for message exchange.Finally, the prototype system of HPMIS is designed and implemented. An open system framework is designed to satisfy the multi-kinds of principles in data exchanging; the 2D and 3D clients of HPMIS are implemented by modular program designing which will improve the system stability.The establishment of HPMIS strengthens the informationization level of port management, improves the scientific policy-making ability, and can meet the information-based developing needs of port construction which is of great application value.
