高模量沥青混合料研究

【摘要】 国际上在防治沥青路面的各种损坏时,历来都把防治车辙放在第一位。防治措施主要包括混合料级配优化、改善沥青及胶浆的流变特性和掺加外掺剂等。高模量沥青混合料作为一种高温性能优良的混合料,在国外已越来越广泛应用于道路建设中,应用前景十分广阔。论文针对我国的气候状况和沥青混合料的实际应用情况,从级配、结合料、外掺剂以及设计方法等方面入手,对混合料的模量变化规律进行系统研究;并结合实体工程铺筑,研究高模量沥青混合料的施工工艺。研究表明,级配、结合料、外掺剂以及设计方法都对混合料模量有影响,但是影响的程度差异较大;级配的贡献最小,设计方法次之,结合料的改善效果较显著,而PLAST和MODULE的改善效果最好;同时,研究发现,混合料的回弹模量和高温性能有密切的关系,动稳定度一般随模量的增大而增大。

【Abstract】 Rutting is always the most important distress to be prevented among all the asphalt pavement distress all over the world. The measures to prevent rutting include optimizing the gradation of asphalt mixture, modifying the binder and adding additive. High Module Asphalt Mixes, which has a better rutting resistance, has been increasingly applied to pavement construction in foreign countries.Based on the domestic climate and application of asphalt mixture, module variation of asphalt mixture has been studied systematically in this paper, processed with gradation, binder, additive and design method. In addition, the construction technical has also been studied according to the test section paving.The result indicates that: all of gradation, binder, additive and design method has effects on asphalt mixture module, but the extents are different. The Gradation has minimum effects, design method takes second place and bind has the distinguished effects. The modifications of PLAST and MODULE are the best. The study also indication that module correlated to rutting resistance closely. Dynamic stability become higher, when mixture module increases.
