SMA在旧水泥路面加铺工程中的应用研究

【摘要】 旧水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青薄层可以延长道路的使用寿命、改善路面平整度、行车舒适且维修方便,使得这种结构在道路功能性维修中运用越来越广泛。SMA这种以沥青、矿粉和纤维稳定剂做结合料的间断级配沥青混合料,既具备开级配混合料的嵌挤能力,提高抗车辙能力和抗滑阻力,又具备密级配混合料的优点,空隙率小、沥青用量多,提高疲劳寿命和抗水损害能力。将它用做罩面材料和夹层材料,能提高行车舒适性,减少和延缓病害的产生,延长路面使用寿命。本文以吉林外环高速公路改建实体工程为背景,从力学原理出发,在理论分析和论证的基础上,主要进行了以下方面的研究工作:(1)旧路损坏状况评定、旧路处理措施及局部修整(2)水泥混凝土路面沥青罩面典型设计方法;(3)层间力学特性。根据试验路典型结构,运用ANSYS分析了在荷载作用下层间荷载应力及弯沉差;在温度作用下层间温度应力及弯沉差;(4)不同类型夹层材料的路用性能研究。通过大量的室内实验进行不同夹层材料低温抗裂性、高温稳定性、水稳定性等路用性能的研究;(5)研究了SMA-13面层以及SMA-5等夹层材料的路用性能,及其施工方法。提出较优的的施工工艺和施工流程。本文研究认为:用SMA作为罩面材料对吉林地区是适用的。

【Abstract】 The Asphalt concrete overlay are used widely in the reconstruction engineering of Old Cement Concrete Pavement for its good evenness, comfortable to drive, easy and quick to construct, at the same time , It can prolong the life of the road .SMA is a special kind asphalt mixtures, the powdered ore and the textile fiber stabilizer makes the binding the jump grading bituminous mixture both has the gradation blend to inlay pushes the ability, sharpens the anti-wheel rut ability and the grip resistance, and has the dense gradation blend merit, the percentage of voids small, the asphalt amount used are many, enhances the fatigue life and the anti-water harm ability. Applications of SMA as the surface layer and interlay, can enhance the riding comfort, reduces and delays plant disease the production, lengthens the road surface service life.The paper studies mainly on five aspects: (1)After the assessment for structure characteristic of old cement concrete pavement (OPCCP),corresponding repair schemes or compile maintain plans are constituted.(2)This paper introduces several typical overlay design methods on and puts forward some problems which require more study.(3)The strength of interlayer between ACO and OPCCP is studied, as well as how to improve it. The mechanism of several new overlay types is analyzed, and the 3-D Finite Element Modeling (FEM) is used to analyze the ACO stress in response to different ACO modulus and thickness, and foundation modulus under traffic loading and thermal loading. The loading stress and thermal stress in ACO structures are emphatically analyzed, considering the ACO with geosynthetics, stress absorption layer. (4) By pavement performance’s tests of the asphalt mixtures, water stability, stable in high temperature, cracking-resistance in low temperature. (5) Research the construction procedures of different interlayer.The study indicates that SMA overlay is suitable to Jilin area.
