长寿命沥青路面设计指标研究

【摘要】 长寿命沥青路面是指设计使用寿命大于40年的沥青路面,其特点是在较长的使用期内不发生结构性破坏,通过周期性的养护、维修保证道路的使用性能。论文旨在就长寿命沥青路面设计指标及标准展开深入研究。首先,针对长寿命沥青路面的特点,本文对各种沥青路面破损形式进行分析、分类,提出长寿命沥青路面设计中应严格控制的结构性破坏模式。其次,以双圆均布荷载下多层弹性层状体系为理论基础,采用BISAR3.0软件计算分析了半刚性基层沥青路面、复合基层沥青路面和柔性基层沥青路面三种代表性的沥青路面结构应力、应变分布特征,建立沥青路面破损形式与路面结构力学状态之间的联系。在此基础上,选取与结构性破坏模式相对应的路面结构最不利状态的力学指标为长寿命沥青路面的设计指标。沥青混合料疲劳极限是长寿命沥青路面的理论基础,本研究选择室内三分点加载小梁重复弯曲疲劳试验测试ATB-25和AC-25的疲劳性能,并通过数据分析确定混合料疲劳极限。此外,本文还通过多指标评价正交计算表,分析了材料力学特性和结构厚度组合对长寿命沥青路面结构设计的影响。

【Abstract】 A Perpetual Asphalt Pavement is defined as a asphalt pavement designed and built for more than 40 years, without requiring major structural rehabilitation or reconstruction, and needing only periodic surface renewal in response to distresses confined to the top of the pavement.This paper concerns with indexes for Perpetual Asphalt Pavement design. Based on the analysis and classification of Asphalt pavement distress, the most important distress models have been proposed for Perpetual Asphalt Pavement Design. Then, using Bisar 3.0, a computer program based on the theory of multilayer elastic system, the distribution of tress and strain in three kinds of typical pavement structure, semi-rigid asphalt pavement, compound base course asphalt pavement and flexible pavement, has been analyzed, and the relationship between pavement distress and pavement mechanical properties has established. Finally, the mechanical properties responding for proposed distress models have been chosen as indexes for Perpetual Asphalt Pavement design.The fatigue limit is the most important theory supporting Perpetual Pavement. In this study, the third point repeated flexural bending fatigue test has been chosen to determine the fatigue life of AC-25 and ATB-25, and the original equation in SHRP designation M-009 for calculating fatigue life according to curve of number of load and elastic stiffness has been modified. Fatigue limit of asphalt mixture has also been recommended through data analysis. In addition, the effects of design parameter on Perpetual Pavement design have also been studied.
