基于层位分工论的AC-16型沥青混合料的材料组成设计研究

【摘要】 在沥青路面传统设计中,由于我们没有研究清楚沥青上面层、中面层和下面层在结构性使用性能(抗疲劳开裂性能、抗低温开裂性能、抗高温车辙性能、抗水损害性能、抗老化性能)以及功能性使用性能(平整舒适性能、抗滑性能)两个方面各起什么作用,导致我们在确定沥青各面层的材料组成时具有一定的盲目性。本论文基于层位分工论,致力于解决半刚性基层沥青上面层材料设计的问题,主要研究AC-16型沥青混合料,使设计出的AC-16型沥青混合料的路用性能满足层位分工论中上面层的结构性使用性能和功能性使用性能。首先,本论文论述了层位分工论,包括半刚性基层沥青上面层、中面层和下面层各层在结构性使用性能和功能性使用性能方面的层位分工特性,并主要指出沥青上面层在结构性使用性能和功能性使用性能方面的层位分工特性。依据层位分工论可知,沥青上面层属于抗低温缩裂区、抗水害区、抗滑区以及表面平整区。其次,本论文引用属性数学综合评价系统,研究对AC-16型沥青混合料的结构性使用性能和功能性使用性能进行综合路用性能评价的方法。本论文基于层位分工论,以及沥青混合料检验指标的规范要求,建立了AC-16型沥青混合料的单指标等级划分表、单指标属性测度模型、多指标属性测度模型以及属性识别分析模型,得到可以判定AC-16型沥青混合料路用性能等级的方法。再者,本论文研究了贝雷法级配参数以及粗集料设计密度对沥青混合料性能的影响,并根据层位分工论,属性数学综合评价系统以及马歇尔试验等,研究了AC-16型沥青混合料贝雷法级配参数以及粗集料设计密度的合理取值。对于AC-16型沥青混合料,CA比的合理取值范围为0.4~0.5;FA_c比的合理取值为0.5;ρ_设/ρ_松的合理取值范围为95%~105%。最后,本论文还对比了Supverpave设计方法、GTM设计方法与马歇尔方法确定最佳沥青用量的方法,研究了根据半刚性基层沥青各面层的层位分工特性确定沥青混合料配合比性能检验指标的方法,以确定合理的最佳沥青用量。

【Abstract】 During traditional asphalt pavement design, because we are not sure about the effect on the structure characteristics and function characteristics of every asphalt layer on pavement, we can not make sure the content of the materials on each asphalt layer on pavement. Currently, this is a problem that structure design and material design are disjointed about the asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base in our country. In this paper, according to the Layer Contribution Theory ,AC-16 asphalt concrete is researched in order to lengthen the life span, decrease the cost and avoid the early stage disease of the asphalt top coat in the asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base.Firstly, the paper quoted the Layer Contribution Theory including the structure characteristics and function characteristics of every asphalt layer on pavement. According to the Layer Contribution Theory, the asphalt top coat is the leading area of resisting the temperature contraction crack; the moisture damage; skid performance.Secondly, the paper quoted the concept of Attribute Mathematic, based on assessment system of attribute mathematic, the paper researched the method to assess the structure characteristics and function characteristics of AC-16 asphalt concrete. In addition, based on Layer Contribution Theory and Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavements, the paper forwarded the single criterion assessment and multiple criteria assessment of AC-16 asphalt concrete in order to identify the comprehensive pavement performance grade of AC-16 asphalt concrete.Thirdly, the paper studied the effect of the Bailey Method parameter on asphalt mixture property, and researched into Bailey Method gradation parameter of AC-16 asphalt concrete. In AC-16 asphalt concrete, the reasonable range of CA ration is 0.4~0.5, the reasonable FA_C ration is 0.5, and the reasonable range ofρ_设/ρ_松is 95%~105%.Lastly, the paper compared the method on identifying the optimal asphalt content among Superpave method ,GTM method and Marshall method, studied the method to fix the asphalt mixture performance test standard by structure characteristics and function characteristics of every asphalt layer in the asphalt pavement with semi-rigid base, so that the reasonable optimum asphalt content can be gained.
