碳纤维加固钢筋混凝土T型梁桥的计算方法研究

【摘要】 钢筋混凝土T型梁是我国公路上应用最为广泛的上部结构形式,但是该桥型现在面临不同程度的缺陷和各种各样的病害,有必要针对性的确定合理的危旧桥梁处置对策。碳纤维片材加固方法作为一种新兴的加固技术,由于可以有效地提高T型梁桥的承载能力以及其自身的独特优点而深受重视,并得到了较为广泛的应用,但是在我国公路桥梁工程上的应用起步较晚,加固规范编制比较滞后。因此,开展碳纤维片材加固T型桥梁的设计计算方法研究是非常必要的。本文作为我国正在编制的《公路桥梁加固技术规范》的一个组成部分,根据目前已有规范及规程的钢筋混凝土矩形梁正截面加固计算方法,结合钢筋混凝土T梁桥的结构特点和现行《公桥规》的相关规定,推导出相应的加固公路钢筋混凝土双筋T型梁的极限抗弯能力计算公式;通过收集整理的7片T型模型梁的试验数据,对相关国家、地区推荐公式进行误差对比分析后表明,我国台湾规范应用于我国钢筋混凝土T型梁桥最为准确,并对其计算公式提出了安全修正系数φ_f,;其次,本文收集了国内外比较常用的9种斜截面加固极限抗剪能力计算方法,通过49片试验梁的试验数据,对斜截面加固方法进行了分析对比,得出陈.腾斜截面加固公式最为精确;最后,本文将推荐的正截面、斜截面加固公式应用于实体工程,并对其进行了全过程的正截面、斜截面加固设计及验算,结果合理可行。本文成果可供同类公路桥梁加固设计计算参考。

【Abstract】 The reinforced concrete T beam bridge is the most widespread superstructure form on our country road applies, But these bridges now faced with varying degree flaw and various plant disease, It is necessary to determine the reasonable handling countermeasure for old danger bridge.by way of practice, The strengthening method using CFRP may enhance the load carrying capacity of T-beam bridge effectively, and Improves its operation situation. Therefore, As a new reinforcement technology, CFRP reinforcement technology is developed later in our country highway bridge project application start, Reinforcement standard establishment comparison lag. Launches the computational method research of CFRP reinforcement technology is extremely essential.As our country standard" Code for strengthening highway bridge" constituent which establishes, According to the already existed right section strengthening computational method in standard of RC rectangular beam, Unifies the unique feature of strengthening the reinforced concrete T-beam bridge with CFRP and the stipulation in standard correlation, this paper infers corresponding strengthening limit bending strength capacity rating formula of the reinforced concrete double muscle T-beam; Through the collected 7 piece of T-beam experiments tentative data, Carries on the erroneous contrast analysis to the correlated country and the local recommended formula, indicate that The Taiwan standard applies in the reinforced concrete T-beam bridge is most accurate, In addition, this text proposed thesafe adjustment factorφ_f for The Taiwan standard. Secondly, This article collected thedomestic and foreign quite commonly used 9 kinds of computing method of oblique section reinforcement limit anti-to cut the capacity, Through the collected 49 pieces of experiments tentative data, Carried on the contrast analysis to the oblique section reinforcement method, Obtains that the reinforcement formula of Chen&Teng is most precise; Finally, This article apply the reinforcement formula which was recommended in the entity project, and carried on the entire process reinforcement design and check of right section and the oblique section for it, The result indicates that the recommended reinforcement formula is reasonably and feasible.This article achievement may be the supply the similar highway bridge reinforcement design calculation reference.
