预应力混凝土曲线箱梁桥支座布置效应研究

【摘要】 随着我国高等级公路建设发展以及城市立交桥建设的需要,曲线梁桥以其实用、经济、美观的特点得到了广泛的应用和发展,但是在曲线梁桥的使用过程中也存在很多问题。本文回顾了目前预应力混凝土曲线梁的发展及研究概况,针对曲线梁桥在施工和营运过程中出现的支座脱空、梁体翻转、梁体侧移、墩梁裂缝等严重影响桥梁安全的问题,结合曲线梁的力学特点进行了详细分析,并阐述了产生这些病害的原因和影响因素。依据众多曲线梁桥的建设和设计经验,确定曲线梁桥支座调整对曲线梁支座反力影响效应作为本文的研究方向,重点分析调整支座布置方式对曲线梁桥的支座反力和内力影响效应。目前曲线梁室内模型试验研究匮乏,本文依托陕西省交通科技资助项目—《曲线预应力混凝土箱梁桥设计方法与承载力研究(03-01K)》进行了曲线梁室内模型试验研究,通过试验分析在不同中支座偏心距离、端支座间距变化下自重对曲线梁支座反力、梁体内力的影响效应。在模型试验的基础上,建立有限元计算模型与试验结果进行对比分析,理论计算与模型试验结论吻合较好,在计算模型能较好反映试验过程的基础上,研究支座调整后曲线梁跨径变化、曲率半径、预应力作用和偏心活载作用对支反力的影响效应参数分析。通过模型试验和有限元计算分析相结合的方法,总结了曲线梁在不同支座布置方式下跨径、曲率半径、预应力作用和偏心活载作用对曲线梁支座反力、内力影响效应的一般规律,同时也对曲线梁桥支座布置提出一些建议措施,为以后在曲线梁桥设计和施工中合理布置支座提供较好的试验和理论参考。

【Abstract】 With the development of highway and urban overpass construction, curved girder bridge is widely utilized and developed with its economic, aesthetic and practical, but many problems occurs during the service stage of curved girder bridge. This paper reviewed the current development and research condition on the curved prestressed concrete beams, aimed at the problem, such as bearing off air, beams flip, body sway, pier beam cracks, which severely affected the safety of bridge , analyzed the the mechanical characteristics of curved beam, and illustrated the reasons and influencing factors for these diseases and. Combined with the construction and design experience of a large number of curved girder bridge, the research directions in this article is determined to be the effect of the support layout to the curved beam. The emphasis is focused on analysis of effect of arrangement of eccentric center bearing of curved girder bridge to the reaction and the internal force of curved beam.This paper is based on the deficiency of current study on the indoor model test of curved girder, relied on the project funded by science and technology of communication in Shaanxi Province - "research on design methods and ultimate bearing capacity of curved prestressed concrete box girder bridge (03-01K)" indoor model test is carried out. Through this test, effect of reactions, internal force of cured girder, which changed with the change of distance from eccentric center of mid support and distance between the side supports, is realized. In addition, finite element model is analyzed to test the correctness of the result of the model test. the conclusions of the model test is well demonstrated by finite element model, which is the established by beam elements. based on this result, the effect of reaction and internal force of curved girder is studied through changing the span of the finite model. Because the radius of curvature of the curved girder is another factor of the curved girder, this paper also simulated the change of curvature of curved girder bridge through the finite element model, studied the effect of reactions, moments and torque to the radius of curvature of the curved beamThrough the indoor model tests and finite element analysis, the general regulation of the reaction and internal force, which on the condition of different layout of supports is summarized. The effect of radius of curvature to the curved girder is also summarized, It is provided a good test and theoretical reference for the design and rational arrangement of support during the construction stage.
