沥青稳定碎石排水基层在浙江丽龙高速公路上的应用研究

【摘要】 我国许多道路在使用初期即出现不同程度的病害,其中水损害是造成路面早期损害的主要原因之一。如何有效减少沥青路面的水损害,延长道路的使用寿命已成为当今社会十分关注和亟需解决的问题。本文从路面结构排水的角度,提出了通过设置沥青稳定碎石排水基层(ATPB)来预防和减少路面水损害的方法。通过对依托工程所在地浙江地区的路面损害情况调查和交通状况调查分析,提出了设置排水基层用于路面结构排水的重要性和必要性,并对沥青稳定碎石排水基层混合料进行了配合比设计。采用有限元软件建立了路面结构模型,分析了设置ATPB结构层后应力强度因子随裂缝长度的变化规律,通过对比原路面和设置ATPB结构层路面裂缝尖端应力强度因子的大小,研究沥青稳定碎石排水基层在抑制反射裂缝方面的作用。计算结果表明,沥青稳定碎石排水基层可以有效降低裂缝尖端的应力集中,具有延缓和抑制半刚性基层裂缝向沥青面层扩展的作用。针对ATPB的结构和功能要求,对其使用性能进行了验证。采用抗压强度试验和抗压回弹模量试验进行了强度和刚度验证;采用马歇尔试验和车辙试验进行了高温稳定性验证;采用浸水马歇尔试验和冻融劈裂马歇尔试验进行了水稳定性分析;与此同时,课题组还自行开发了简易的渗透系数测定仪,对其渗透系数进行了测定。由此,将室内研究成果进行转化,在浙江省丽龙高速公路上铺筑沥青稳定碎石排水基层试验路,探索了沥青稳定碎石排水基层的施工方法,并对该路段的实际排水能力进行了检测,为我国进一步推广沥青稳定碎石排水基层积累了经验。

【Abstract】 Many roads in our country damage of varying degrees during the initial period of building, which caused by water that is one of the main causes of early-damage of the pavement. How to effectively reduce the water-damage , extend the life of the road has become very concerned about social issues and a question need to solve now. This article from the perspective of road drainage structures, made stable by setting clear drainage gravel the grassroots level (ATPB) to prevent and reduce water-damage to the road approach.In this paper, by relying on the project which is located in Zhejiang Province to investigate the road damage and traffic survey analysis, put forward a set of drainage pavement structure drainage for the grass-roots level the importance and necessity of the the ATPB design method.ABAQUS finite element software used to establish the structure of the surface model, an analysis of the structure of layer after setting ATPB stress intensity factor with crack length changes, by comparing the original structure of the road and set up ATPB surface layer cracks, as well as cutting-edge stress intensity factor of asphalt pavement forecast fatigue life to study the stability of gravel asphalt Asphalt inhibitory reflex in the role of cracks. The results show that stable asphalt gravel drainage can effectively reduce the crack tip in the grass-roots level of stress concentration , with delay and suppression of semi-rigid asphalt surface cracks extended to the role.ATPB for the structure and functional requirements, its performance is verified. Thus, Research results will be carried out into the indoor, Styrofoam in Zhejiang province highway paving asphalt test the stability of the grass-roots level gravel road drainage, to explore the stability of the asphalt gravel grass-roots method of drainage and the sections of the drainage capacity of the actual detection ,asphalt for the stability of our country to further promote asphalt treated permeable base accumulated experience.
