基于GIS的公路灾害管理系统研究

【摘要】 在长期的公路自然灾害防治工作中,公路管理部门积累了丰富的实践经验,同时也搜集整理了大量的公路灾害相关信息,这些信息的管理与分析是一项十分浩大繁重的工作。本文依据西部交通建设科技项目“路基灾害防治技术推广及应用示范”课题,在充分总结归纳国内外已有的相关研究成果、参考各地区治理公路灾害成功经验的基础上,通过调查、分析和研究,归纳研究区公路灾害各类数据,开发基于ArcGIS的公路灾害管理系统,为在全国范围内开展公路灾害防治提供技术参考。本文分析了依托工程地区自然环境条件和公路主要灾害的特点,归纳了依托工程路段内公路灾害的主要类型及其特征、形成条件和控制因素、防排水措施等方面的大量数据。为了储存、处理、利用和显示这些灾害信息,利用地理信息系统(GIS)建立了公路灾害管理系统,使公路灾害的管理工作效率大幅提高。以依托工程路段的灾害数据为背景资料,利用VS2005及VB编程语言开发工具,结合ArcEngine对地理信息系统进行二次开发。构建了“基于GIS的公路灾害管理系统”平台,完成该平台的总体设计。实现了公路灾害管理系统的数据管理、显示、查询、多媒体演示、数据输出等功能。该系统具有用户界面操作简单、良好的延展性和开放性、能够对公路灾害资料进行集中存贮、统一管理、快速查询、便捷获取的优点。为勘察设计单位、各级政府管理部门、评审专家、公路养护管理部门等提供信息共享平台,并为课题的深入研究提供技术支撑。

【Abstract】 In the long-time work of highway natural disaster prevention and treatment, highway management departments had accumulated abundant practical experience. At the same time, they had also collected and arranged plenty of highway disaster information. It was quite a big and onerous project to manage and analyze the information. This paper combined with one subject of western communications science and technological project named subgrade disaster prevention techniques extension and application demonstration .We had fully inducted and summarized the existing research results at home and abroad, and absorbed successful experiences of highway disaster prevention from various regions. Based on investigation, analysis and study, we had calculated out all kinds of highway disaster data in research area. We had also developed highway disaster management system based on ArcGIS. In this way, we could offer technology reference to develop highway disaster prevention all over the country.This paper had studied natural environment conditions and highway major disasters in the backing project area, and stated lots of data about highway disaster main types, characteristics, formation conditions, controlling factors, prevention and drainage measures. In order to store, treat, display and use these disaster information, we had used geographic information system(GIS) to establish highway disaster management system. The management work efficiency of highway disaster had improved significantly.Under the background of backing project highway disaster data, we had utilized Visual Studio 2005(VS2005) and VB programming language, combined with ArcEngine, to develop GIS secondarily. We had constructed the platform of highway disaster management system based on GIS, and completed the overall design of platform. It had achieved the functions of highway disaster management system of data management, display, query, multimedia demonstration and data output. The system has favorable, simple-operation user interface, extensibility and open nature. Highway disaster information can be stored centralizedly, managed uniformly, queried fast and obtained conveniently. It provides information sharing among reconnaissance and design institutes, all levels government management department, evaluation experts, and highway maintenance management department. In addition, it offers technical support for deeply study of scientific research projects.
