血府逐瘀汤加减治疗慢性盆腔炎热结血瘀证临床观察与研究

【摘要】 近年来,由于慢性盆腔炎的发病率呈上升趋势在我国,无论患者年龄大小病情都有重轻之分,严重危害了妇女的身心健康和日常生活,因此慢性盆腔炎成为了人们共同关心和研究的重点。所以我们通过观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗热结血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效,用来治疗慢性盆腔炎找到一种行之有效的方法。方法:通过查资料,阅文献,对近十年各种医学文献中有关热结血瘀型慢性盆腔炎的中医药疗法进行分类,归纳,使之系统化、条理化;并对运用血府逐瘀汤加减治疗40例热结血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者进行临床观察。结论:痊愈20例(50%),显效13例(32.5%),好转5例(12.5%),无效2例(5.0%),总有效率95.0%。经临床观察血府逐瘀汤加减治疗本病疗效确切,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, because of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in the our country upward trend that seriously endangers the physical and mental health of women whatevery the age is young or old and the level of the illness, so chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has become the common concern and the focus of the study.So we through observing clinical effect of addition or subtraction Qingre Tiaoxue decoctiont to treat the type of qi stagnation and blood stasis chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, in order to find one effective method for treating this disease. Method: Through looks up the material, reads the literature, the related qi stagnation and blood stasis type the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease’s Chinese medicine method to near ten year each medical literature to carry on the classification, the induction, causes it systematization, the strip physics and chemistry;Moreover, the chronic pelvic inflammatory disease patient to 40 examples of blood knot hot type which using addition or subtraction Xuefu Zhuyu decoctiont to be treated to carry on the clinical observation.Conclusion: Convalesces 20 examples (50.0%), shows results 13 examples (32.5%), changes for the better 5 examples (12.5%), invalid 2 examples (5.0%), total effectiveness 95.0%.
