A公司核心员工职业生涯管理研究

【摘要】 在人才竞争日趋激烈的今天,核心员工对于企业具有越来越重要的意义。本文通过对A公司职业生涯管理状况进行的调查,发现存在的问题,并且找出问题的原因,进而提出完善方案。调查发现,A公司没有形成职业生涯管理的标准化工作流程,对核心员工的职业生涯管理仍处于初级阶段,主要体现在:没有科学的工作分析;缺乏有效的员工素质测评手段;职业通道设计不明确;职业信息系统不完善;缺乏系统有效的员工培训体系;绩效管理与薪酬管理制度尚未与职业生涯管理匹配等。针对存在的问题,本文从员工和组织两个方面提出员工与企业应进行的职业生涯管理基础工作以及必要的措施。同时,特别针对核心员工,本文还提出设计员工职业通道、建立信息披露与沟通渠道、完善员工培训与开发体系等措施,特别是提出了构建基于职业生涯规划的绩效管理过程这个新思路。在人力资源管理愈发重要的今天,本文的研究成果无疑对A公司及其它类似企业开展核心员工职业生涯管理有着实际性的指导作用和借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 With the increase of fierce competition among talents, the key staff are becoming more and more important to enterprise.By making research on the career management of Company A. this thesis has figured out better solution to solve its present problems. According to the research, this company is at the very beginning of its career management on key staff without any standard procedure, which is mainly reflected in its lack of scientific work analysis, effective testing measures on its employees" qualifications, explicit career channel design, perfect career information system. effective training system. and match of career management with its performance management and salary management system. To solve these problems, this thesis proposes the basis work in career management as well as some necessary measures from the perspectives of staff and organization. Meanwhile, career channel design, the establishment of information disclosure and communication channel, and the perfection of training and development system are also suggested. What should be stressed is that a new idea based on career plan is put forward here. Human resources management has attracted much attention nowadays. Therefore, the research results of this thesis will be practically helpful to Company A and other similar companies when they carry out their career management on its key staff.
