苏南地区外墙保温现状分析与研究

【摘要】 由于我国人均能源资源拥有量低于全世界人均水平的一半,而经济的发展依赖于能源的发展。为了实现我国可持续发展战略,在建筑节能方面,国家已发出对建筑节能强制实行50%,推广应用65%的基本国策。本文着重介绍了苏南地区目前墙体保温的现状,分析了各种保温系统的原理、构造及优缺点,并通过ANSYS有限元软件对多种保温系统进行了分析比较。主要成果如下:(1)墙体保温有三种主要形式,具体包括外墙内保温、外墙夹心保温及外墙外保温,相比较而言,采用外墙外保温的效果更加良好。(2)苏南地区外墙外保温一般采用板材类和浆料类保温材料。板材类主要有发泡聚苯乙烯泡沫板(EPS板)和挤塑聚苯乙烯泡沫板(XPS板)。在相同环境条件下,XPS板保温性能优于EPS板的保温性能,但从综合性能价格比来看,施工单位更倾向采用EPS板。(3)对于EPS板保温系统,EPS板薄抹灰保温系统和EPS无网保温系统的保温效果明显优于有网系统和机械固定系统。(4)对于同一种保温系统,增加保温材料的厚度,在一定程度上可以提高保温效果,但是效果不是很明显。(5)保温砂浆的保温效果高于EPS板薄抹灰保温系统的保温效果。根据计算结果,采用保温系统的建筑节能效果明显。

【Abstract】 The level of energy resources per capita in China is less than half of the world, but economic development depends on energy development. In order to achieve sustainable development strategy in China, the government of the People’s Republic of China has issued the basic national policy that it is compulsory to keep building energy-saving of 50% and it is suggested to promote building energy-saving of 65%. This article focuses on presenting the current status of wall insulation in the Sunan region , analyzing theories of various insulation systems, constructions as well as advantages and disadvantages. Moreover, through ANSYS finite element software, a variety of insulation systems are analyzed and compared. Main results are as follows:(1) There are three main forms about wall insulation, including the interior insulation of the walls, sandwich insulation of the walls and the exterior insulation of the walls, and the use of exterior insulation has more good results compared with the others..(2) In the Sunan region , planking category insulation materials and mortar category insulation materials are usually adopted on external walls of the exterior insulation system. As far as planking category is concerned, there are two plates including expanded polystyrene foam (EPS boards) and extruded polystyrene foam (XPS board). In the same environmental conditions,the insulation performance of XPS board is better than the insulation performance of EPS board, but comprehensive about cost and effect of insulation, the construction corporations are inclined to use EPS boards.(3) As to EPS-insulation system, EPS thin-plastering insulation systems and insulation systems composed of EPS boards without networks are superior to those composed of EPS boards with network systems and mechanical fixed systems in the insulating effect.(4) For the same type of insulation systems, increasing the thickness of insulation materials, to a certain extent, can improve the insulation effect, but the effect is a little .(5)The insulation effect of insulation mortar is better than that of the EPS thin-plastering insulation system. According to the calculated results, the buildings with insulating systems have a good effect on energy-saving
