外置电极荧光灯驱动电源的研究

【摘要】 外置电极荧光灯作为冷阴极荧光灯的一种,具有无汞环保、超长寿命、低功耗高亮度、低温启动等优良性能,存在巨大的市场优势,将在未来的背景光源领域占据越来越来重要的地位。本文介绍了外置电极荧光灯的发展背景及其电气特性;在现代逆变理论的基础上分析了Royer、半桥驱动电路的工作原理,给出了参数设计,并制作了原理样机。本论文的主要任务就是在不同输入电压下,研究外置电极荧光灯的驱动电源。在直流16V~24V输入下,本文分析了Royer逆变电路的工作原理,给出了工作的等效模型,并研究准正弦工作的条件,同时与基于TL494的BUCK电路相结合,设计了采用分立元件构成的直流电输入可调光电流型并联谐振逆变驱动器。根据设计思想,确定外部元器件选择方法,并研制了一台样机,通过实验验证了实现方法的可行性和可靠性。在市电输入下,一方面减小电流谐波和提高功率因数已成为驱动电源一个重要研究方向。文中阐述了无源功率因数校正(PPFC)电路和有源功率因数校正电路(APFC)的工作原理和特点,分别给出了逐流式PPFC电路、电荷泵功率因数校正电路和基于L6561的APFC电路的设计方法,对比实验结果,达到了预期设计目标。另一方面本文还研究了半桥逆变电路驱动EEFL系统的等效模型,分析了正弦波激励下实现软开关技术的条件。介绍了半桥驱动的IR21571s芯片的性能、特点和工作模式,并对基于此芯片的5管EEFL驱动电路的构成进行了设计,研制了一种原理样机。实验结果显示在满足谐波和功率因数的要求下实现了EEFL的驱动,达到了设计标准。

【Abstract】 As one of Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp (CCFL),the External Electrode Fluorescent Lamps(EEFL), presents good performances such as mercury-free environment, high lightness, longevity of service, low power consumption, instantaneous startup and so on. There will be a huge market. So EEFL will play the more and more important position in the future daily illumination field.This paper first introduces the development backgrand and electrical characteristic about EEFL.This study analyzes Royer topology frames and half-bridge topology based on the theory of the modern inverter,and gives some parameters. At last,two kind of experimental goods are finished. So under the different input voltage,the paper aims to work out the driver device.When DC 16~24V is given, this paper analyses the Royer and gives the equivalent of the working model. It also studys the conditions of the quasi-sine work. By using discrete components, parallel resonant inverter is designed, which has the BUCK circuit based on TL494. According to the design,it selected some components and developed a prototype.The experiment proved the feasibility and reliability of the design.When AC 220V is given, two issues are considered. It is very important to reduce the current harmonic and improve the power factor for power supply.The paper introuduced the principles and characteristics of the passive power factor correction (PPFC) and active power factor correction circuit (APFC),and presents the design method for streaming PPFC circuit, the charge pump power factor correction circuit(CPPFC) and APFC circuit based on L6561.By comparing the experimental results,it achieved the expected goal. This paper also examines the equivalent EEFL model drived by the half-bridge inverter circuit, and analyses the conditions of soft-switch technology using sinusoidal driving method. It introduces the performance,characteristics and work patterns of IR21571s chip. The driver based on IR21571s is designed for five EEFL and a prototype is developed. The results show that the EEFL driver which meet the the requirements of harmonic and power factor operates well and reachs the goal.
