掏土纠倾法作用机理的分析研究

【摘要】 随着基础设施建设事业的不断发展,建(构)筑物倾斜事故时有发生,纠倾工程成为一门越来越重要的学科,深入研究纠倾工程的机理显得尤为重要。本文分析了各类建筑物倾斜现象发生的原因、机理以及各种纠倾方法的适用特点、局限性等,重点探讨了掏土法纠倾技术的设计方法、作用机理等,对掏土纠倾工程中各个设计要点和相关设计值进行了系统分析,并运用土力学、弹塑性力学等力学原理对掏土孔的塑性区和掏土所引起的地面沉降进行了研究,获得了一些有益的计算结论。同时应用FLAC-3D程序,结合某工程的实际情况,在确定了单元类型、材料属性、载荷情况、边界条件、收敛准则等与建模有关的内容的基础上,建立了纠倾地基土的三维Morh-Coulomb模型,从数值分析的角度对掏土纠倾法的作用机理进行了探讨。该计算实例对五种不同的纠倾方案进行了定量比较,探讨了掏土孔深度对纠倾效果的影响,确定了本工程中合理的掏土深度是10米;为加深工程师对掏土法纠倾技术力学原理的理解,对三轮掏土的纠倾过程作了数值模拟,分析了掏土过程中地基应力、位移的变化规律,数值分析表明,在实际掏土纠倾工程施工前,应对掏土法纠倾先作几次数值分析,包括掏土孔的位置、数量、掏土深度等设计参数对纠倾效果的影响,为改善设计方案提供技术资料,指导工程实践。最后总结全文研究成果,综述论文对纠倾工程设计和施工的指导意义。

【Abstract】 With the development of construction industry, the tilt of buildings (structures) occurs from time to time. Correcting buildings has become an important discipline, in-depth analysis of the mechanism of correcting buildings is especially important.In this dissertation, the writer reviews on the reasons and mechanisms for the leaning phenomena of all types of buildings and constructions,then evaluats on the application characters and limitation of various methods of correcting building, lastly introduces the design method,working principles of correctig buildign with the Method of Drawing out Soil with emphasis,the writer analyses every design point and related design values of the Method of Drawing out Soil,and the soil mechanics, elastic-plastic mechanics are used for analysing the plastic zone and ground subsidence caused by Drawing out Soil. At last some useful conclusions are obtaind.At the same time, FLAC-3D program was applied. Given to one case which has the actual situation of engineering and building, after the numerical model analysis—including the choose of unit type, the defining of material properties, the load cases, boundray condition and the consideration of convergence criterion, trhee-diemnsinoal Morh-Coulomb analysis model of foundation soil was established. Then, the mechanism of corercting building with the Method of Drawing out Soil is investigated.Bsaed on the comparision the five diferent depth of Drawing out Soil holes, the qualititive concept and quantitive comparison are proved by Numerical Analysis, and the reasonable depth of Drawing out Soil hole is 10 meter in this project. In order to improve the acknowledge of civil engineers to the Method of Drawing out Soil in correcting building, the global process of "Drawing-out"soil in the corercting building are modeling by Numerical Analysis,And the rules of the stress-strain behaviour are studied in the process. Then suggest that several times of analysis by Numerical Analysis should be carried out to analyse how Drawing out Soil hole’s location,number and depth affect correcting effect, so as to provide technical information for improving design and guide the engineering practice.Finally,the research results are summarized,and the guidance worth of treatise to design and construction is generalized.
