职高生群体动力牵引个体心理建设研究

【摘要】 职高学生的心理问题要远远大于普高学生,如果不做恰当的引导,必将影响到他们将来的职业生涯。怎样的管理方式才能真正营造出一个健康积极的集体,使一个群体而非几个个体有显著的积极改变,是一个很有价值的研究课题。本研究以德裔美国心理学家库尔特·勒温的“场论”和“群体动力学”为理论依据,以群体的合力牵引职高学生进行心理重塑。我们对随机选择的两个同专业班级进行了为期一学年的心理干预实验。在实验中不断强化群体活动的效能,编制出一套适合职高学生的心理教育课程,以期达到最佳的心理干预效果。实验结果表明,这种群体牵引模式在一定程度上可以在一个群体中缓解个体的心理问题,也能反过来使个体对群体产生积极的作用,比较适合职业学校教育。论文对模式运用的效果进行了分析,给出了运用群体牵引模式的要求,并对群体牵引模式的利弊进行了分析。研究结果表明,群体牵引模式能较好地调节人的不良情绪、调整人的思维方式及培养人的理性思维习惯。它是一种既是个别心理辅导又是团体辅导,既具有可操作性,又行之有效的班级管理方法。

【Abstract】 The psychological problems of Vocational School Student is much greater than that of the Senior School students. If not properly guided, it will affect their future careers. What kind of management can really create a healthy and positive collective, so that the group rather than a few individuals has a significant positive change?This article is based on the German-American psychologist Kurt Lewin’ s "field theory" and "Group Dynamics", linking psychology with psychological theories of energy of management, we carry out psychological intervention by preparing Psychological education courses and group activities. We randomly selected two classes of the same major and conducted a two-term experiment of the psychological intervention. In the experiment we continued to strengthen the effectiveness of group activities, made out a set of psychological education courses for the vocational students, to achieve the best effect of psychological intervention. The experimental results show that group dynamics can alleviate the psychological problems of individual, and in turn, the individuals have a positive effect on this group.The results show that the group dynamics can better tract groups to adjust people’ s bad mood, adjustment people’ s way of thinking, and foster a habit of rational people. It is a psychological counseling both individual and group. It is a feasible and effective class management.
