【摘要】 水曲柳为木樨科梣属植物,其树皮具有抗炎镇痛的效应。常被作为秦皮的替代品使用,主要含香豆素类成分,其中作为秦皮药材鉴定的主要成分秦皮甲素和秦皮乙素的差异很大,并且有些产地的水曲柳中还根本检测不到,目前还没有相应的标准来衡量水曲柳的质量。本文采用HPLC法对水曲柳皮进行了含量测定,从整体上对水曲柳药材的质量进行控制,为水曲柳的开发提供质量控制标准。实验中采用HPLC法对水曲柳药材中Mandshurin的含量进行研究,实验结果显示样品的稳定性、重现性较好而且3批样品的相似度较高。说明该法测定结果稳定,重现性好,且方法简便、快速、可靠,实际可行,为水曲柳的质量控制提供了新的手段。所以该方法可用于水曲柳药材的鉴定及质量评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr was Oleaceae Fraxinus plant, it’s bark has the effect of anti-inflammation and analgesia,and it is usually used as the succedaneum of the ash brak, its main component is coumarin.The main appraisement index of ash brak drugs is esculin and esculetin,and their difference was very large, at the same time,it was difficult to detect them in the Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr of some habitat, at the present time there are not corresponding standard to judge the quality of the Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.In this thesis,the content of the Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr were identified by HPLC method, and the quality of the Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr was entirely controlled,so the quality control specification was supplied for the development of the Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.In this paper, The Mandshurin content of the Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr was studied by HPLC method. The results were shown that the similarity of the three samples was high,so the measure results of HPLC method was steady,and the repeatability was good,at the same time,the instruments was common,the method was simple、fast、credibility、practice and feasible, so the new facility was supplied for the quality controlling of the Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr,and the HPLC method could be used as the quality evaluation and identification of the Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.更多还原
