基于J2EE架构的电能量计量系统设计与实现

【摘要】 近几年来,电能量计量系统的发展,为电力市场的正常运营、公平竞争、准确结算打下了坚实的基础。但随着电网的商业化、市场化的深入发展,各个市场运行模式和规则不断修改和完善,对电能量采集系统提出了更多方面的要求,进一步要求电能量计量系统具有更强的开放性和灵活性,可方便地进行系统扩充、修改和引入第三方软件和设备。同时,随着电力系统应用的不断发展,电力系统应用也越来越庞大和复杂,传统二层架构系统在可维护性、可重用性和可扩展性等方面变得越来越差。因此,电力应用系统发展趋向于基于服务器的多层的分布式应用系统,并支持各种系统的互操作,同时信息技术的重点也由数据管理转移到业务逻辑上,数据的重用与集成已成为分布式电力应用系统的关键。因此,根据当前电能量计量系统的发展趋势,为了更好地满足电网运营和电力市场发展需求,本文提出基于J2EE(Java 2 Enterprise Edition)架构、采用更先进技术、满足更高要求的新一代电能量计量系统的设计以及实现的技术方案。新一代电能量计量系统由电能表、远方电能量计量终端、电能自动计量主站系统等多部分组成。通过远方电能量计量终端不间断监测关口点电能表运行情况,按主站配置的逻辑关系,进行数据分析,并将分析后的信息通过网络或拨号通信方式传输给主站系统,在主站系统上或通过其它接口完成各种分析统计、报表功能。该系统能够实现电能量的集中采集、处理、计量结算,通过网络实现信息查询,为电能量分析提供了详实可信的数据支持,对电网的经营管理和运行分析具有十分重要的实际意义。论文主要工作包括以下几个方面:1)综合分析了新一代电能量计量系统的总体框架、硬件设计和软件设计。2)论述主站系统的需求和主要功能。3)介绍了系统的数据库设计和主要的系统表结构。4)详细讨论主站系统的技术难点,如面向对象的数据持久化实现、最新Web技术的应用、基于任务分配的电能信息采集技术、跨安全分区技术等。5)研究介绍IEC61970标准的主要内容,同时介绍了如何遵循IEC61970标准进行电能量计量系统设计。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the development of electric energy metering system has laid a solid foundation for normal operation, fair competition, and accurate accounting of the electric market system. However, along with the further development of commercialization and market of the power grid, and at the same time the continual modifications made on the running modes and rules of the power market, more requirements have been raised for the energy metering system. For instance, the system is required to be more open and flexible, facilitating system expansions, modifications, and other software and device introductions.Nevertheless, the continuously expanded and hence complicated applications of the power grid have made the traditional 2-layer architecture become worse in maintainability, reusability, and expansibility. Therefore, the power grid has been tending to have a multi-layered distributed application system based on server and to support interoperation among different systems. Besides, the focus of its information technologies has been transferred from data management to business logic; and the data integration and reuse has become the key points of the distribute application system of the power grid.According to the development of the electric energy metering system, a technical scheme of a new-generation J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition) -based electric energy metering system is introduced, adopting more advanced technologies and being capable of meeting higher demands of operation and market development of the electric grid.The new-generation electric energy metering system is composed of the digital power meters, the remote metering terminals, and the main station of automatic electric energy metering system. Through the remote metering terminals, the system continuously monitors the running status of the meters, and makes data analysis according to the logics configured at the main station. Afterwards, it sends the data of analysis to the main station through the network or the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) . The main station provides the statistics, analysis and reports on itself or through the interfaces with other systems. This system can realize energy data acquisition, processing, computing, and accounting, and provide data support for energy data analysis, being very important for the management of power grid.This paper covers the following contents: 1. The designs of general architecture, hardware, and software of the new-generation electric energy metering system;2. The requirements and main functions of the main station;3. The database design and the main database table;4. The key technologies of the system, such as the data storage based on OOP(Object-Oriented Programming) , the application of new WEB technology,the data acquisition based on task assignment, and the technology ofcommunications among different security zones;5. The main contents of the IEC61970, and how to design the system based on the IEC61970 CIM (Common Information Model) /CIS (Common Interface Specification) .
