风电接入对新疆局部电网电压稳定性的影响研究

【摘要】 随着风电迅速发展,风电场规模和单机容量越来越大,风电对接入的电网的影响不容忽视。而往往风资源丰富的地区大多电网不够强壮,加之风电自身故有的无功特性(吸收或者不发无功),而电压稳定性与系统的无功有很强的相关性,因此风电接入对电网电压稳定性的影响显得尤为突出。本文建立了基于普通异步发电机的恒速恒频风电机组与基于双馈感应发电机的变速恒频风电机组的模型;从理论上分析了风电场对接入电网电压水平影响的机理;分别使用P~V、V~Q曲线分析方法结合新疆局部电网对基于普通异步发电机的恒速风电机组构成的风电场与基于双馈感应发电机的变速恒频风电机组构成的风电场接入电网后的静态电压稳定性进行了仿真计算和比较;并对这两种不同类型机组构成的风电场接入电网后的暂态电压稳定性通过时域仿真的方法结合新疆局部电网进行了分析研究,给出了风电场不同出力情况下的故障极限切除时间;研究了SVC和STATCOM动态无功补偿装置对异步机风电场暂态电压稳定性的影响;最后对风电场低电压穿越能力进行了探讨性的研究。通过研究表明无论从静态方面还是暂态方面基于双馈感应发电机的变速恒频风电机组构成的风电场接入电网的电压稳定性都要优于基于普通异步发电机的恒速风电机组构成的风电场,装设了SVC和STATCOM的异步机风电场的暂态电压稳定性也会有很大改善。本文对风电接入对新疆局部电网静态电压稳定性和暂态电压稳定性的影响都给出了量化的指标。这为今后新疆局部电网接入大型风电场的研究提供了参考依据。

【Abstract】 With the increasing share of the wind power in the power system, the impact of its integration is becoming more important. In fact,region grid which have a lot of wind resource is not strong mostly and reactive power characteristics of wind power, which cause the voltage stability issues about wind farm integration are pop out.This paper build induction machine based constant speed wind turbine model and DFIG based variable speed wind turbine model. The mechanism of voltage stability deterioration of the power grid with the wind farm integration is analyzed. The P-V curve and V-Q curve methods are generally applied to analyze the steady-state voltage stability. The power grid steady-state voltage stability is compared and studied by the DFIG based wind farm case and the IG based wind farm case. The power grid transient-state voltage stability is also compared and studied by the DFIG based wind farm case and the IG based wind farm case. This paper give fault limit removal time at vary active power of wind power. Dynamic reactive power compensation(SVC and STATCOM)can improve transient-state voltage stability of the IG based wind farm. Finally, low voltage rid through of wind farm is discussed.Study shows the power grid steady-state voltage stability and transient-state voltage stability in the DFIG based wind farm case is better than that in the IG based wind farm case. Dynamic reactive power compensation(SVC and STATCOM)can improve transient-state voltage stability of the IG based wind farm. This paper give specific numerical value in the steady-state voltage stability case and in the transient -state voltage stability case, which offer reference for Xinjiang power grid about large scale wind farm integration.
