客车车身骨架及关键结构静动态分析

【摘要】 本文利用有限元分析方法研究车架关键技术问题,选用UG软件建立车架的三维实体模型,在此基础上,建立有限元模型,包括CAD模型的导入、主坐标系的建立、单元的选择、模型的简化原则等,并应用有限元分析软件ANSYS11.0建立客车车架的有限元模型,对车架进行结构静力分析,计算该车架结构在弯曲工况下的刚度、强度,并对计算结果进行评价,提出相应的结构改进方法。为客车车架的设计与制造提供了理论依据。通过对车架的模态分析,得到了车架结构的固有频率和固有振型,不仅对防止客车发生共振等情况具有指导作用,而且模态性能也是车架结构动力响应分析的基础。通过模态试验和有限元动态分析,可以研究客车各个部件或整车的振动情况,从而达到改进车辆整体质量的目的,进而提高车体的使用寿命。最后对客车蒙皮表面外流场进行简单的空气动力特性分析,为课题的下一步深入研究开展前期准备工作。通过对车架结构的静、动态特性的研究,可以清楚地掌握车架结构的性能,实现对车架结构设计的效果进行评价。

【Abstract】 Using finite element analysis method to study the frame of car is a key technical problem, using UG software to establish three-dimensional model, and establed the finite element model, including CAD model, the coordinate system, the unit choosing, the rule of the simplified model, and use finite element analysis software ANSYS11.0 to establish the frame of bus finite element model to analysis the static structure, cauculated the bending stiffness, strength of the frame structure, and analysis the results, put forward the suggestion to improve and provides theory basis for bus chassis design and manufacturing. Based on the modal analysis, get the inherent frequency of the frame structure,which not only to prevent the resonat but also the modal performance is the foundation to analysis . Through the modal experiment and the dynamic analysis, study passenger vehicle components or the vibration of the vehicle to improve its quality, improve body life. On the skin surface outflow field bus simply aerodynamic characteristics analysis for the next topic, through research in preparation. Based on the static and dynamic frame structure characteristics, can clearly grasp frame structure of the performance, and the effect of frame structure design.
