【摘要】 目的:观察玫参胶囊对去卵巢大鼠血清雌激素、下丘脑单胺类神经递质水平及血清脂质及抗氧化指标的影响。方法:以去卵巢大鼠为动物模型,更年欣胶囊为阳性对照药物,观察玫参胶囊治疗4周后大鼠血清性激素、下丘脑单胺类神经递质水平变化及玫参胶囊用药12周对大鼠体重变化、血脂、载脂蛋白及脂质过氧化物含量的影响。结果:与模型对照组相比,玫参胶囊能明显升高去卵巢大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)水平,降低血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成激素(LH)水平;有效降低去卵巢大鼠5-羟色胺(5-HT)和5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)水平,并升高NE和DA的含量。玫参胶囊各剂量组大鼠体重均明显降低,以高、中剂量组为著;玫参胶囊高、中剂量组大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-c)水平均明显降低,低剂量组TC亦降低,高剂量组高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-c)升高;玫参胶囊高、中剂量组大鼠超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性明显升高,丙二醛(MDA)含量明显下降。差异均有显著性意义(p<0.01或p<0.05)。结论:玫参胶囊通过对去卵巢大鼠内分泌系统与神经系统的调节,以达到稳定机体内环境,缓解围绝经期症状的作用;玫参胶囊亦能有效调节去卵巢大鼠紊乱的血脂,提示其具有防治绝经期综合征患者动脉粥样硬化或冠心病的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effects of Meishen capsule on serous sexual hormone, monoamine neurotransmitter content of hypothalamus and blood-lipid,anti-oxygen index in ovariectomized rats.Methods Using ovariectomized rats as model and Gengnianxin capsule as positive control drug,The change of serous sexual hormone,monoamine neurotransmitter content of hypothalamus at 4w after intervening with Meishen capsule,the change of bodyweight and the contents of blood-lipid(BL),anti-oxygen index after 12w were obversed in ovariectomized rats.Results Compared with model group,Meishen capsule could obviously increase the content of Estradiol(E2) and decrease that of Follicl-stimula ting Hormone(FSH), Luteinizing Hormone(LH).In addition,the prescription could also effectively decrease the index of 5-hydroxytrypta mine(5-HT),5-hydroxyindole acetic acid(5-HIAA) and increase that of norepinephrine(NE) and dopamine(DA).Every dosage group of Meishen capsule could decrease the weight of rats,especially the high and middle group.The values of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) in both high and middle dosage group could decrease,the content of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in the former group also could increase,the values of TC in the low dosage group could decrease.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) both in high and middle dosage group could increase,in which the contents of Maleic Dialdehyde (MDA)could decrease.Compared with the three groups,there was a significant difference.Conclusion Meishen capsule could stabilize organism internal environment and relieve the perimenopausal symptoms by accommodating cryptorrheic and nervous system of ovariectomized rats.It also can accommodate confused blood-lipid of ovariectomized rats,which indicate that it could prevent the patients from getting atherosclerosis or coronary artery disease(CHD) and treat the syndrome.更多还原
