汉信码引擎构建及在水产品质量追溯系统中的应用

【摘要】 作为数据载体的条码自动识别技术能有效地实现物流与信息流的同步,解决农产品质量安全追溯的核心问题。为了降低二维条码地使用成本、增加信息流容量,在深入对比研究汉信码和Qr Code的基础上,提出了一种通用的校正图形绘制方法,改进了4版本以上汉信码符号建立取样网格的算法,突破了混合编码优化、RS纠错编码、位置探测图形中点提取等关键技术,构建了汉信码编解码引擎。在应用推广方面,从分析水产养殖品的业务流程入手,建立了多层次多用户多权限的水产养殖产品质量追溯体系,为生产者、检验者、监督者和消费者提供信息交互平台,并以电话、网络、短信向公众提供追溯查询服务、认证监管服务和防伪服务。

【Abstract】 The automatic identification technology of barcode as data carrier can realize the synchronization of both logistic distribution and information flow effectively and solve the key technology of the agricultural products’ quality traceability system. To decrease the cost of traceability system and increase the capacity of information, we have proposed a universal alignment pattern method based on the Chinese-sensible code and QR code, improved an algorithm of sampling grid above the 4th version, broke through the optimization of the key technologies, such as mixed encoding, RS error conecting and midpoint extracting of detection pattern, and in the end, set up a Chinese-sensible code encoding and decoding engine.The fishery products quality traceability system of multi-level and multi-hierarchy role access control was designed and implemented from analyzing the flow of fishery products. Information interactive platform was provided for the producer, quarantine inspector, supervisor and consumer, through which providing traceability services, certification and supervision services and preventing falsity services by telephone, internet and short message.
