贵阳市旅游功能提升及空间整合研究

【摘要】 随着经济与社会的发展,城市作为旅游中心的巨大辐射作用已经成为旅游发展的必要前提;另一方面,生态旅游已经成为当今世界旅游业发展的热点,生态旅游城市实践区域也在不断的扩大,旅游业的快速健康发展带来了巨大的经济、社会、生态效益。城市功能的完善离不开旅游功能的发挥,同时旅游空间布局的整合是提高区域旅游发展质量、增强区域旅游竞争力、实现可持续发展的关键。提升旅游功能,实现旅游空间整合创新成为各旅游城市积极寻求提升旅游竞争力的最佳途径。本文聚焦于贵阳市旅游功能的提升及空间整合,运用理论与实证相结合、对比分析等研究方法,基于人文地理学、区域经济学、社会学等学科理论视角,对贵阳市旅游业发展的宏观环境进行了剖析,从生态功能、吸引与服务功能、联动与营销功能等几个方面探讨旅游功能完善与提升,并在此基础上提出“一个核心,一个游憩带,五个发展轴,六个精品区”的“1156”空间格局及相关建议。全文总共分为六章:第一章是命题提出与研究设计。本章主要提出本文研究命题,并对论文研究的背景、国内外相关研究状况及论文的基本思路和框架进行了简要阐述。第二章是相关理论基础。本章对区域旅游功能提升及空间布局相关一些的理论进行了阐述,其中包括旅游地生命周期理论、增长极及点—轴开发理论、核心-边缘理论和结构功能主义理论等相关理论。第三章是发展环境辨识。本章从自然、社会经济、政策等方面对贵阳市旅游业发展的宏观环境进行了剖析,将贵阳市旅游业发展状况及其与周边城市旅游业发展进行对比,并分析了竞合态势。第四章是旅游功能提升。本章对贵阳市旅游功能进行初步识别,对市域功能提升的影响因素进行了分析,并在此基础上从生态、吸引与服务、联动与营销等方面对贵阳市旅游功能的提升途径进行了进一步的探讨。第五章是功能空间整合。本章在贵阳旅游功能提升的基础上,从功能在空间上布局角度分析了旅游空间整合原则、思路及战略措施。第六章是结论及讨论。本章总结了论文在研究过程中得出的一般性结论,并提出了后续需要进行研究的问题。

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and society, the tourism city’s huge radiation has become a necessary precondition for tourism development. And eco-tourism has grown into a hot spot of world’s tourism development. The practice of regional eco-tourism cities is booming. Also, the rapid and healthy tourism development brings great benefits in the aspects of economy, society and ecology. Tourism function is a necessary component in improving the city’s functions, while the integration of tourism spatial distribution of tourism is the key point to improve the quality of regional tourism development, enhance the competitiveness of regional tourism, and achieve the goal of sustainable development. It is the best way to promote the city’s tourism competitiveness by enhancing tourism function and innovating the tourism space integration.This thesis focuses on the enhancing of Guiyang’s tourism function and space integration. It analyzes the macro environment of Guiyang tourism development from the perspective of human geography, regional economics and social science, etc. the paper discusses the improvement and promotion of city’s tourism function from the aspects of ecology, attraction and service, linkage and marketing. Based on the above analysis, it gives out some relevant suggestions and the spatial pattern as One Core, One Tourism Zone, Five Developing Axes and Six Fine Zone.This thesis is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 is the topic choosing and research methods designing. It mainly gives out the research topic and conducts expatiation on the studying background, domestic and international relevant research, the basic train of thought and framework of this text.Chapter 2 is the theoretical foundation of the research. This chapter analyzed the theories related to promoting regional tourism functions and spatial distribution, including resort life circle, growth pole and point-axis theory, core-periphery theory and structural functionalism, etc.Chapter 3 is to distinguish the developing environment. This chapter analyzes the macro-environment of Guiyang tourism development from the aspects of nature, socio-economy, policies and other aspects. It also analyzes the competing and cooperating situation based on the comparative analysis of tourism development conditions among Guiyang and its surrounding cities.Chapter 4 is how to promote the tourism function. This chapter initial recognizes the tourism function of Guiyang and analyzes the impact factors of promoting the city’s functions. Then it conducts a further discussion about the ways to promote Guiyang’s tourism function based on the above analysis.Chapter 5 is the functional space integration. Based on promoting Guiyang’s tourism function, this chapter analyzes the principles, ideas and strategic measures of tourism space integration from the aspect of distributing the function in space.Chapter 6 is the conclusions and discussions. This chapter summarizes the general conclusions in the research and give out some questions needed further study.
