【摘要】 改革开放以来,非公有制经济发展迅速,越来越成为我国经济发展的重要组成部分,与此相适应,在非公有制代表人士,作为一个新兴的社会群体,不断发展壮大,必将对国家的政治经济以及社会的发展产生不可忽视的作用。所谓非公有制经济人士是指,民营科技企业的创业人员和技术人员、受聘于外资企业的管理技术人员、个体户和私营企业主等非公有制经济人士群体。根据国内阶级关系的根本变化和党的工作重心的转移,邓小平提出了新时期统一战线的性质、方针和任务,其中对非公有制经济人士的统战工作,是邓小平统一战线理论的重要内容,邓小平将这一人群定位为新时期社会主义事业的建设者,而非公有制经济及其代表人士自身的局限性,也决定了加强对其统战工作的重要性。本文共分四个部分。第一部分,首先定义非公有制经济的相关概念;其次,简要阐述非公有制经济的发展现状,说明非公有制经济是如何推动我国经济不断向前发展的;最后,要论述的是非公有制经济的负面影响,包括对经济发展的制约、政治思想状况的不稳定性,从而为以后讨论非公有制经济统战思想做铺垫。第二部分,主要内容是邓小平非公有制经济统战思想的形成过程,以时间为主线,阐述以邓小平为核心的党的第二代领导集体,对非公有制经济统战工作的相关方针政策。第三部分,论述邓小平非公有制经济统战思想的主要内容,一是邓小平发展非公有制经济的理论依据:邓小平的社会主义初级阶段理论,社会主义市场经济理论和现阶段我国生产力发展状况理论。二是开展非公有制经济统战工作的现实基础:我国现阶段的阶级状况,巩固党的群众基础,保障非公有制经济人士政治参与。三是加强非公有制经济统战工作的基本途径:对非公有制经济人士重新定位,加强对非公有制经济代表人士的思想政治工作,加强对非公有制企业党建工作。第四部分,是关于邓小平非公有制经济统战思想的价值分析,包括理论价值和实践价值。理论价值:继承了马列主义的统战思想,创立新时期的爱国统一战线思想。实践价值:促进党对非公有制经济成分的积极引导,体现科学发展观的内在要求,构建社会主义和谐社会的需要。更多还原
