带器妊娠妇女血清,组织铜的相关研究

【摘要】 目的:通过测定含铜宫内节育器(Cu-IUD)妊娠妇女的子宫蜕膜、胚胎绒毛及血清铜离子的含量,与正常妊娠者相对比,为探讨带器妊娠妇女组织铜离子的含量对子代胚胎的安全性的研究提供参考。同时分析带Cu-IUD妊娠妇女的相关特征,探讨带Cu-IUD失败的原因。方法:采用随机对照临床研究,选取25例带Cu-IUD妊娠者作为实验组,同时选取25例同孕周正常妊娠者作为对照组,分别测定实验组和对照组的子宫蜕膜、胚胎绒毛及血清铜离子的含量。结果:测定带Cu-IUD妊娠组妇女的血清铜离子其均值为0.79±0.15mg/L,子宫蜕膜、胚胎绒毛中铜离子含量均值分别为0.91±0.51mg/kg,0.72±0.50 mg/kg;正常妊娠组妇女的血清铜离子其均值为0.71±0.15mg/L,子宫蜕膜、胚胎绒毛中铜离子含量均值分别为0.57±0.21mg/kg,0.46±0.21 mg/kg;比较实验组和对照组妇女的血清铜离子的含量,实验组与对照组相比,无明显差异,P>0.05,子宫蜕膜中铜离子含量有明显差异,P<0.05,胚胎绒毛中铜离子含量有明显差异,P<0.05。同时分别对实验组血清铜离子与绒毛中铜离子含量、血清铜离子与蜕膜中铜离子含量、对照组血清铜离子与绒毛中铜离子含量、血清铜离子与蜕膜中铜离子含量进行了相关性分析,结果表明皆无统计学意义,P>0.05。带Cu-IUD妊娠妇女导致带器失败的相关因素中,与使用者本身的年龄、孕产次、放置时间等因素都有相关性,而与子宫位置无关。结论:Cu-IUD中的铜离子只是释放在宫腔局部产生作用,对于全身铜代谢没有影响。而局部过量的铜离子产生的细胞和生殖毒性作用对子代的影响有待于进一步研究。

【Abstract】 Objective:Through determine the copper content of uterus deciduas,embryo villus and blood serum,comparing with the content of the normal pregnancy women intended to terminate pregnancy,we investigate the tissue copper content if had an toxicity influence on offspring.Meanwhile analyze the characteristics of pregnancy women in Cu-IUD intended to terminate pregnancy,we explode the causes of Cu-IUD failure.Methods:With the method of random-controll clinical research,twenty-five pregnancy women in Cu-IUD intended to terminate pregnancy are experimental group,twenty-five normal pregnancy women intended to terminate pregnancy are control group.To determine the copper content of uterus deciduas,embryo villus and blood serum in experimental group and control group.And we take the careful analysis of characteristics of pregnancy women in Cu-IUD intended to terminate pregnancy,we explode the causes of Cu-IUD failure.Results:The copper content of uterus decidua,embryo villus and blood serum in experimental group respectively are 0.91±0.51mg/kg,0.72±0.50mg/kg,0.79±0.15 mg/L;the content of control group in uterus deciduas,embryo villus and blood serum are 0.57±0.21 mg/kg,0.46±0.21 mg/kg,0.71±0.15mg/L;To compare the copper content disparities in uterus deciduas and embryo villus between experimental group and control group,there are obvious differences.But the serum copper content has no difference between the two groups.At the same time,take the correlation analysis about the Cu content between serum and embryo villus,serum and uterus deciduas of control group,so is experimental group,the results have no difference,all of them have no relation.Of the related factors in Cu-IUD faiure,age、parity、the time of placement have correlation;whereas the position of the uterus has no correlation. Furthermore,the level of placement,the quality of follow-up also have the relationship with the IUD placement.Conclusion:Cu ion released from Cu-IUD only had an influence on the uterus,having no difference on the Cu metabolism all over the body.The local rising Cu content produced cell and reproduction toxicity,which will be researched further.
