宝钢水源生态治理与研究

【摘要】 宝钢地处长江口,长江自然成为宝钢取水水源地,为了避免受到海水倒灌影响,宝钢采用常见的筑库避咸蓄淡取水方式,即在离厂区约14公里的长江南岸修建了宝钢专用水库,将丰水期时和到达宝钢水质指标的长江水引入水库储存,从而在长江枯水期间,解决了全厂的用水问题。宝钢水库在解决宝钢水质稳定方面发挥了重要的作用。近年来,水库运行从节电考虑,丰水期采用钢泵直接从长江向厂区供水和降低水库水位等运行方式,减少了水库水的周转量,更增加了水库水的滞留时间和水库底泥富集的N、P向水体释放的条件,这些都对水库水质带来不利的影响。再加上不合理的养鱼,对水草破坏、以及春秋季节适宜的温度,风雨等自然气候引起的N、P的淋溶于水体和对水库底泥的搅动等因素,都会造成水库水质进一步恶化和突变,并导致细菌和藻类疯长,直至于2002年夏秋之际爆发了明显水华,水体产生严重异味,严重影响全厂的正常用水和生产生活,同时也对人们的身体健康造成危害。在这种研究背景下,本论文的研究工作主要围绕着宝钢水源生态治理展开。取得以下几方面的结果:(1)通过对宝钢水库取水口及周围水质进行连续跟踪测定,确定长江来水水质变化规律,对水库水质变化的影响,以及不同供水量和不同供水季节的水质变化规律。为短期治理方案进行实验研究和初步现场实施提供理论基础。(2)研究了厌氧/好氧、不同温度、pH等条件下宝钢水库的磷释放模型。我们发现宝钢水库底泥中的磷释放是除长江水外水库水体中磷的又一重要来源,其释放强度受到如pH、温度、溶解氧等诸多因素的影响,而pH又是其中最主要的限制因子。

【Abstract】 Baosteel is at the entrance of Changjiang river,and Changjiang naturally become the water source of Baosteel.To avoid the sea water encroachment,Baosteel build a private reservoir on the south bank of the Changjiang river,14 km away from the factory,to store freshwater.The reservoir of Baosteel plays a crucial role in water stabilization.In recent years,to save electricity,Baosteel directly fetch water from Changjiang river using pump in high water period,which decreases the water circulation of reservoir,and increases the detention time of reservoir water,as well as the N and P release.These will bring a negative impact on the water quality.Based on this background,the research interest of this work focused in the reserchment and governance of the water ecology in Baosteel.The results of each part are listed as follows:(1) Through continuous tracking monitoring of the water quality of Baosteel,we confirmed the variation regularity of Changjiang water quality,and the influence to the quality of reservoir,as well as the variation regularity of water quality at different water supply in different season.These results afford the theoretical principle to short-term governance initiative.(2) Through researching the P release model of Baosteel reservoir at different condictions,e.g.anaerobic,aerobic,different temperature,pH etc.We discovered that the P release from the reservoir bottom mud is the other important source of the reservoir water P.The release intensity of P is influent by pH,temperature, dissolved oxygen(DO),and so forth,pH is the most important factor of influence.
