地下工程注浆效果综合评价技术研究

【摘要】 随着地下工程技术的快速发展,注浆技术作为一项常用的地下工程加固技术得到了广泛的应用,但目前缺乏有效的注浆效果评价方法、标准和指标体系,注浆理论、不同地层扩散规律的研究也远远滞后于注浆技术的实际应用和要求。致使地下工程由于注浆加固效果不佳造成大量工程事故,轻则垮塌延误工期,重则机毁人亡。国内外此类事故不胜枚举。由于注浆效果评价的研究依赖于地球物理勘探、仪器仪表及地下工程技术等方法的综合发展,使得注浆效果评价的方法研究难度较大,实际探测仪器研究也相对较少,在发生一系列的注浆加固事故之后,人们逐渐认识到注浆效果评价的重要性,近几年对这方面的研究也在加强。本文在对注浆效果评价现状总结的基础上,对各种常规方法进行研究,通过室内试验对注浆体进行测试并结合实际工程对测试过程及结果进行总结分析,得出针对不同注浆模式下的综合评价方法和评价指标体系。在对现阶段注浆效果评价仪器现状研究的基础上,利用瞬变电磁法与极小间距地震冲击回波原理,研制了平板式注浆效果检测仪,它与地质雷达相结合,可提高无损检测的准确性与可靠性。在进行注浆效果评价时,根据岩土体中注浆模式和目的确定效果评价参数,选取能够测试此参数的综合评价方法进行评价,并将测试结果与评价指标相对比,以便客观地对注浆效果进行评价,减少人为误判,使评价结果最大程度的接近真实情况,最终提出了适合于地下工程注浆加固效果综合评价的方法体系。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the underground engineering technology , the grouting technology, which is regarded as an underground reinforce technology in common use is widely applied. However, due to the lack of standardized evaluation, criteria and guideline for grouting, the theory of grouting and rules of different stratum diffusion fall far behind of the requirement and implement of grouting technology. At present, incomplete grouting evaluation effects is attached more and more importance due to a series of grouting accidents, which may delay the projects, even take a toll on both machine and lives. These kinds of things that have happened can be found either in our country or in the rest. Because of the research of grouting effects evaluation depending on the geophysical reconnaissance and the integration development of instrument and the underground technology,it is too difficult to research means of the grouting effects evaluation, there is less research on the detecting instrument before and more research on the grouting effects evaluation gradually.After a series of grouting accidents, people began to realize the importance of grouting evaluation, and more research was carried out in this field.According to the basic survey on the development of the grouting effects evaluation, analyse of the results of experimentation and inspection, this paper has summarized a system of the compositive evaluation methods and the evaluating criterion of the quality index. On the basic researches on nowadays instrument of evaluating grouting effects, Using the theory of transient electromagnetism infinitesimal and the polar distance seism concussion echo,the flat evaluation instrument of evaluating grouting effects are manufactured, compounding with GPR to enhance the veracity of nondestructive testing,which is evaluating grouting effects, on the basis of the mode and the intention of grouting. We can select the compositive evaluation methods which can test the compositive index, and then compare the results with the criterion in order to evaluate the grouting effects objectively and try our best to reduce artificial errors.
