煤矿井下近水平定向孔螺杆钻具钻进受控机理研究

【摘要】 为保证煤矿安全生产,达到高效瓦斯抽采效果,对煤矿地质异常条件位置准确探测和瓦斯抽采钻孔轨迹延伸范围准确度要求逐渐提高,采用螺杆钻具及其配套设备机具运用近水平定向钻进技术进行钻孔施工是解决上述问题的有效途径。本论文通过归纳国内外煤矿井下螺杆钻具的研究应用现状,总结钻孔轨迹控制的影响因素及弯曲条件,对煤矿井下用于瓦斯抽采近水平定向钻进所用钻具进行选择和优化,得出螺杆钻具组合用于近水平定向钻进的优势所在;分析研究螺杆钻具的性能特点,优选出适合煤矿井下瓦斯抽采定向钻进国内外常用的两种73mm螺杆钻具,并通过室内性能测试试验进行总结验证,同时对螺杆钻具主孔和分支孔定向成孔工艺原理和方法进行研究。用纵横弯曲法对弯外管螺杆钻具组合在二维和三维状况下受力变形进行分析,建立了相关力学模型,并利用Visual C++6.0开发平台编程和最小二乘法计算原理,对影响钻头侧向力的钻具结构、钻孔结构和钻进工艺这三类主要因素在二维状况下作定量参数敏感性分析,开发了相应的分析软件,为定向钻孔轨迹控制提供有益的理论探索。最后分别利用螺杆钻具组合及配套设备机具进行室内模拟试验和两次现场工业性定向钻进试验,成功施工了6个主孔和5个分支孔,总进尺4226m,最大钻孔深度1046m,并对定向效果进行分析,同时对参数敏感性分析结果进行验证。通过理论研究与现场实践相结合,取得了阶段性的成果。论文对煤矿井下近水平定向钻进中螺杆钻具受控机理进行系列分析研究并成功应用于现场试验,相信对相关领域的研究应用将有一定参考价值。实践证明,合理应用螺杆钻具及其配套机具进行近水平定向钻孔施工,将平衡煤矿掘、抽、采比例的紧张状况,为提高煤矿瓦斯抽采能力提供可靠保证。

【Abstract】 For assuring safety production and high efficiency in gas drainage, coal minecondition was specially explored, the accuracy on the extent range of gas drainage drilltrack was gradually raised. It is an available approach to solve the above problems innearly horizontal directional drilling(HDD) technology with positive displacement motor(PDM) and relevant equipments.The advantage of PDM assembly in directional drilling was educed in this paper, with it’s appliance actuality induced, the infection factor and bend condition of drill track summarized, PDM assembly in horizontal directional drilling chosen and optimized. The capability characteristics of PDM were studied, the two common outside diameters of 73mm PDM in home and abroad that suit for HDD of gas drainage were selected in optimization, and indoor experiment on them was summed and validated, main borehole and lateral borehole directional bore-forming technics method of PDM were studied.Mechanical model was formed by analyzing static force and distortion under two dimensional and three dimensional with continuous beam theory for PDM assembly with bent housing. Quantitative parametric sensitivity analysis under two dimensional was made on factors influencing drilling tool structure, bore-hole structure and drilling technology with Visual C++ 6.0 software and least squares theory, and relevant software was designed. Both of them offered useful theoretic exploratory for drill track. Indoor simulation test and two field directional drilling tests using PDM were done finally, fulfilling six main boreholes and five lateral boreholes, total length of 4226m and main borehole with the biggest length of 1046m. Combined with theory research and field practice, staggered fruit has been gained by analysis on the effect of directional test.In this paper, controlled theory of PDM drilling in coal mine for nearly HDD borehole was comprehensive analysed and successful applicated. It was proved that correct application of PDM and relevant equipments in nearly HDD would relieve the strain situation of unbalance proportion of the discharging, picking, mining, so it is important to improve the ability of gas drainage.
