新疆野生果树资源数据库系统的构建

【摘要】 本研究利用新疆野生果树资源的资料和现有研究成果,结合计算机技术及数据库的构建方法,对新疆野生果树资源相关性状数据等进行分析和整理,并以Visual Basic6.0和Microsoft Access为开发工具构建了野生果树资源数据库系统。旨在实现新疆野生果树资源信息的科学化管理,为科研、教学和农业生产实现数据共享服务。主要结果如下:1.新疆主要野生果树资源基本数据收集整理。收集了新疆102种野生果树(隶属10科26属)的信息,针对新疆主要野生果树的树种及分布(原产地、分布区、科名、属名)、农业生物学特征(树势、树高、萌芽期、开花期、果实成熟期、抗旱性、抗寒性、开花结实特性)、植株特征(树形、树干、皮色、叶片大小、叶片形状、叶柄长度、花的特征)、果实特征(果实大小、形状、颜色、果核、种子特征)进行调查、整理与归纳,为构建野生果树资源数据库提供数据基础。2.本系统将新疆主要野生果树的信息结合数据库技术的原理,整合到一个应用系统中,使其完成对资料的储存、查询。系统着重于其界面的易懂性和操作的易用性,以实地考察收集的资料和专家多年从事新疆野生果树种质资源的研究成果作为数据库的信息来源构建数据库系统。相应功能如下:(1)新疆主要野生果树基本信息查询。针对新疆主要野生果树的农业生物学特征、植株特征、果实特征等进行查询,方便学习,为生产提供理论依据。(2)野生果树相关文章查询。更加具体地提供野生果树的相关知识,方便用户查询与学习。(3)野生果树图片资料。本系统包含多种野生果树树种图片,为用户提供识别依据与参照。(4)影像资料查询。提供野生果树的生长环境等录像资料,使用户更加直观的了解野生果树的分布情况。(5)提供给用户丰富多样的知识内容。图文并茂,界面友好,操作简单,实用性强。
【Abstract】 Based on the information of Xinjiang Wild Fruit Trees Resources and existent research result,computer language and database construction method were used to analyze the related-trait data, and Visual Basic6.0 and Microsoft Access were used to construct the database system for wild fruit trees resources.To implement science administrate of Xinjiang wild fruit trees resources, and to share service for scientific research,teaching and agriculture production. The results were as follows:1. Elementary data collection of Xinjiang wild fruit resource.102 wild fruit information have been collected.The main investigation content was that included species and distribution of the wild fruit trees (country of origin, distribution area,family name, generic name),agricultural biological characteristics (trees vigor,tree height,germination period,flowering period,fruit maturity,drought resistance,cold resistance, flowering and fruiting characteristics),plant characteristics (tree form, tree trunks, skin color, leaf size, leaf shape, petiole length, flower characteristics), fruit characteristics (fruit size, shape, color, stone, seed characteristics). And to collate and summarize them in order to build a database of wild fruit trees to provide data infrastructure.2. The system will be combined the information of main wild fruit trees in Xinjiang with the principle of database technology, in order to storage and inquiry information. System focus on easy-to-understand of the interface and ease of use operation, set up the research-based database which base on the research of Xinjiang wild fruit trees. The source of the information is from Site visits and the reaserch result of expert who engaged in reaserch Xinjiang wild fruit germplasm resources for many years.Corresponding functions as follows:(1) Inquiring the basic information of the main wild fruit trees in Xinjiang. Collecting and summarizing the main agricultural biological characteristics, plant characteristics, fruit characteristics for Xinjiang wild fruit trees to facilitating the study and providing a theoretical basis for production.(2) Wild fruit related article query. Provide more specific knowledge of wild fruit trees and user-friendly inquiry and learning.(3) Wild fruit trees picture information. The system provides a wide range of species picture library of wild fruit trees, and also identification and reference.(4) Video information. Offer the video about grow environment etc. of wild fruit trees, to enable users to more intuitive understanding the distribution of the wild fruit trees.(5) Provide a variety of knowledge contents to users. It will have follow features: the illustrative, user-friendly, easy operation and practical.
