【摘要】 目的:本课题旨在通过对“加用头针的巨刺法”治疗面肌痉挛的临床观察,观察其临床疗效。方法:临床选用符合纳入标准的面肌痉挛患者病例60例,随机分为两组,每组30例,治疗时间分别为3个疗程(10天一疗程)。治疗组采用“加用头针的巨刺”法,对照组采用“巨刺”法,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:临床观察显示,治疗组总有效率为80%,对照组总有效率为63%,统计得出P<0.05。治疗组优于对照组。结论:“加用头针的巨刺”法治疗面肌痉挛具有较好的临床疗效,而且操作安全,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:This task is designed to "increase the use of scalp acupuncture Opposing needling " spasm of clinical observations,clinical efficacy was observed.Method:The clinical inclusion criteria in line with the selection of patients with primary hemifacial spasm 60 cases were randomly divided into two groups,each group 30 cases,treatment time is three courses(10 Tianyi treatment).Treatment group,"added the Opposing needling scalp" law,the control group of " Opposing needling " to observe the clinical effect of the two groups.Result:The clinical observation showed that the treatment group 80% of the total effective rate in the control group 63%of the total effective rate,the treatment group should be significantly better than the total number of valid control group,the total effective rate(P＜0.05).Significant improvement in the treatment group to the extent of hemifacial spasm.Conclusion:The "scalp acupuncture plus opposing needling " primary treatment of hemifacial spasm with better clinical efficacy,and safe operation,in patients with painless or slightly painful circumstances,to obtain better clinical efficacy,clinical application.However,further studies of its mechanism.更多还原
